CONTRACT COVERAGE DETAILSOur Coverage Includes:Air Conditioning /Heat Pump Covered (Air Handler & Condenser):Thermostat, fuses in unit, compressor, fan motor, blower assemblies, starting and running capacitors, high and low pressure switches, circuit boards, contactors, filter line dryer, heater, relays, breaker attached in air handler, transformer, defrost control board (heat pump), clear condensate lines.
Refrigerator Covered:Compressor, motors, icemaker, door gaskets, coil, electrical and defrost components, damper assemblies, door hinges/ stops, micro switches, relays, thermostats, touch pads, electronic boards, fan blades, ice/water dispenser parts, thermistors, water valves.
Oven & Range Covered:Self-clean or continuous clean, oven bake and broil elements, surface burners, timer and clock assemblies (if available), door gaskets, electrical components, burner blocks, door springs/hinges, electronic boards, indicator switches, transformers, defrost components, indicator lights, oven selector switch, thermostats / sensors.
Microwave Oven Covered:Touch pad, timer and clock assemblies (if available), fan and magnetron tube, belts, diodes, electronic boards, fan tube, rectifiers, stirrer motor/blade, transformers, capacitors, door switches, relays
Dishwasher Covered:Motor and pump assembly, gasket around door, timer, electrical controls, heater, door hinges, electronic boards, sensors, water valve, door latch/assembly, float switch, touch pads, soap/rinse dispenser.
Cooktop Covered :Burner Blocks, Burner Switches, Burners (ALL TYPES), Electrical Boards and Indicator Lights Switches.
Garbage Disposal Covered:Clearing of jams in base and impellers. Replacement if not-repairable.
Clothes Washer & Dryer Covered:Motor, belts, timer, transmission, pump and heating assembly.
Electric Water Heater Covered:Heating element, thermostat, reset overload button, water heater relief valve. Replacement if not repairable.
Gas Water Heater Covered:(Power Vent Heaters excluded) Thermocouple, gas control valve, burner assemblies, repair or replacement of gas flex line.
Extended Plumbing Covered:Clearing of stoppages in fixture traps, replace flapper, fill and flush valve, gaskets, tank bolts, gasket and handle in two-piece toilets, faucet washers & standard aerators, o-rings and seals or cartridge type assemblies in faucets, tub spout diverter, standard pop-up assemblies and basket strainers. Replace water heater relief valve, nipples and flex lines with similar material when leaking. Repair or replacement of main valves located inside the contract holders home, repair of leaks inside walls on water pipes, Copper, CPVC, PVC, up to 1 inch in diameter and drainage piping PVC up to 4 inch in diameter inside the contract holders home. Lift toilet to replace wax seal or PVC flange for leaks. Repair or replacement of sink P-Traps and piping. One-piece toilets and turbo flush/power assist toilets are covered for labor only.
Electrical Covered:Inside dwelling- faulty circuit breakers up to 60 amps (excluding GFI or ARC Fault and Main breakers), standard accessible wall switches and receptacles, GFI outlets, standard dimmer switches, kitchen or bathroom ceiling fluorescent light ballasts and end clips and pull out disconnect switch box.
Optional Covered items:A/C Tune-Up, Freezer, Bar Ice Maker, Wine Cooler, Bathroom Exhaust Fans, Instant Hot Dispenser Range Hood, Ceiling Fans, Trash Compactor, Additional Refrigerator.

A. Your Home Service Plan covers a wide variety of common house-hold appliances and mechanical systems, including your air conditioner, water heater, refrigerator, oven/range, dishwasher, washer/ dryer, microwave and garbage disposer. It also covers minor plumbing and electrical repairs.*

A. We designed four special service plans with additional options tochoose from to best suit your specific needs and budget. We offertwo pricing tiers, one for those who wish to opt for a discounted upfront rate and pay a low per service call fee and one with a higher rateand unlimited service calls without a fee. You have the option to addreplacement allowance coverage for an additional annual fee. We alsooffer lower priced plans that provide repair only coverage (coveringparts and labor). The choice is yours!
Q. How can I protect appliances not covered under yourregular service plans?

Q. How soon can a technician get here once I request a service call?
A. We provide regular service during normal working hours Mondaythrough Friday based upon the level of priority, service demandand availability of technicians. Emergency service requests foruncontrollable water leaks will be taken 24 hours a day,7 days a week.
