All programmes are in line with AHA quality practice and standards and is approved by Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS) and satisfy the DHA Hospital Regulation 2012, DHA Outpatient care regulation 2012, DHA Day Surgical Center regulations 2012, and Dubai Municipality safety guidelines.

Training sessions are classroom, video-based, instructor-led course designed by AHA for anyone with or limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in BLS, ACLS or First Aid to meet job, regulatory or other requirement.

Prime Hospital Life Support training center has access to a state-of-the-art training environment which will facilitate effective course delivery and encourage a culture of learning among healthcare providers and external participants. Prime Hospital strives to make ongoing contributions to public health by conducting emergency training to support and assist government entities, industry and community. Life Support Training Center at Prime Hospital is certified by American Heart Association (AHA) as an International Training Center (ITC) and offers courses such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED. Studies have shown that less than one-third of sudden out of hospital cardiac arrest victims receive immediate CPR from bystanders. A strong Chain of Survival can improve chances of survival and recovery for victims of heart attack, stroke and other emergencies. The term Chain of Survival provides a useful metaphor for the elements of the 'Emergency Cardiovascular Care' (ECC) systems concept.
