CardValet®CardValet® is a mobile debit/credit card management application which helps reduce fraud by allowing cardholders to monitor accounts with their smartphone and control how, when, and where their debit/credit card is used. CardValet® was developed in partnership with Fiserv and is available in the Apple® App Store or Google® Play.

Once set up on your smartphone, CardValet® can:

– Receive immediate notifications; – Allow cardholders to have the ability to “turn off” their card when not in use; – Establish transaction spending limits; and, – Decline transactions when amounts exceed a predefined threshold.

Passcode AuthenticationCard Services representatives can now send out texts or emails with one-time passcodes for identification purposes. This state-of-the-art process keeps fraudsters from using stolen identity information to access card(s).

Fraud Text AlertsWhen detecting suspicious activity on a card, members will receive a text message with details about the suspected transaction. Simply respond to the text with a "Yes" or "No" to confirm or deny the transaction.

Keeping members' money, identity and information safe is a task DuTrac staff take seriously. Limit fraud by downloading the CardValet® app onto your smartphone and by keeping your member information updated with DuTrac.
