ERP SYSTEM :

We have very good ERP system of “Winsoft” to control the products at every stage.We are

regularly updating the ERP system and train the people for improvement in work. In this

system we are easily follow- ups the status of each customer’s orders and take action

immediately where ever our attention need.

MERCHADIZING TEAM:

We have 3 dedicated merchandiser to follow-up the customer orders. Main work

for these merchandisers are follow ups the customer for new orders, provide

products details to production team, ensure the customer’s quality & requirements.

DESIGNING TEAM:

Airwill Home Collections, following & analysing market-trends by designing team to find

out the taste of trendy consumers. This keeps Airwill Home Collections one step ahead of

other Home textile-manufacturers.

It has restructured its Sample-Division into a Design & Development Unit. This fully-

fledged section, headed by a foreign expert, prepares. Its own seasonal collection according

to the latest trend.

We are preparing design for different season like Christmas, spring, Summer, Halloween,

Easter, Harvest, Autumn etc. we also produce Different type of emblements work like

LACE, EMBROIDATY, PATCH WORK, PRINTING, JACQUARD etc..

SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT TEAM :

This team is consisting of one supervisor, one assistant and two experience tailors.

Their duty is mainly physical samples as per customer’s requirements.

FABRIC PRPRODUCTIONS TEAM :

It is consist of one manager two supervisor and nine fabric checkers, their work is Yarn

dyeing, Fabric weaving, Printing, Fabric dyeing as per the order places. They check the

fabric and issue to the stitching department. We have Fabrics folding machine to make

the work faster. All the goods are stored in the pallets to avoid stain and easy handling.

All production except checking is done by outsourced the supplier are followed by daily

basis for ensure the quality & keep the order on time delivery.

STITCHING DEPARTMENTS :

It is consist of one manager, two supervisor, 30 tailors & 2 cutting masters. We have 30

machines 90% of the sewing works are done by in-house depends on the work load and time

of delivery sewing works are outsourced by well experienced tailor units.

CHECKING & PACKING DEPARTMENTS :

This department consists of one manager, two supervisor and 25 workers, each

and every pieces are checked before packing.

ACCOUNTS TEAM :

Two people take care of company account, documentation, and bank transitions

HR TEAM :

Two people in this team to take care of the labour welfare like, ESI, EPF,

Factory maintenance certificate & compliance and security control.

QC TEAM : QC team checks the production at every stage and ensures the customer’s required quality. They take care about the lab testing and co-ordinate the merchandise team The Quality control team has started the quality control from the first stage of raw- material they have carried out three stage of inspection. • Raw material inspection

QUALITY CONTROL & ASSURANCE :

Airwill Exports has the Quality control lab. The testing is carried out in ISO

standard. Different kind of testing are done they are mention below

COLOR FASTNESS :

After all the testing is passed only we allow fabric packing & stitching section. After

stitching is completed final inspection is carryout and after the product move out for

Now we started selling our products in domestic market through online websites like Flipkart, Snap deal, Shop clues, etc. We have global collection of design in table & kitchen linen products, which are made for Europe & USA markets. These design are moving well in the domestic market There is very big potential in domestic markets for our products. We have initiated this sales 6 months back. We found that there is big opportunity in this area. Now we are developing this market for next level growth of our company.

FAIR & EXHIBITIONS:

We are exhibiting regularly in HEIMTEXTIL which held in Frankfurt. This is world

number one Fair for Home textile products. Through this we cover the Europe buyers. We

also regularly exhibit in the TEXWORLD Fair which held in USA. Through this we cover

the USA buyers.
