THANKS AND GRATITIUDE We thank all those who helped us to prepare the church for Christmas and who gave such generous donations for this purpose. We thank all of our ushers, lectors, extraordinary ministers of the Eucharist, organist, choirs, musicians from different groups, and all our altar servers who made our Christmas Liturgies so beautiful. Special thanks for Fr. Ryszard Czekalski for being with us during that special holiday Mass. Bóg zapłać! We would like to also thank all those, who gave their Christmas present to our Parish! We know that many parishioners were away for Christmas and their enve-lopes are still coming in, but we are very grateful to all for their support which is so needed. God bless You all!

We ask that all families and/or godparents who need to attend Baptismal instructions, should call

the rectory to register that they will attend. This will make it easier to prepare enough chairs

for everyone.

K+M+B - KOLĘDA 2015 We ask for everyone’s kindness in understanding the complexities of organizing and making the koleda visits. The schedule in the bulletin is ob-served as best as possible and our priests try to move methodically along the routes and sections in very much the same way as the mailman does and as expeditiously as possible. Especially as we move further down the list of invitations and are farther and farther away from the church, it is ex-tremely difficult to accommodate a particular hour, because there are a number of parishioners to visit and going back and forth rather than mov-ing along on a more straightforward route pushes the whole schedule back. We realize that everyone is waiting and we ask therefore for everyone’s pa-tience. Likewise, the general lack of parking often causes the priests to search for a spot for many minutes. Then wakes, emergency visits, evening devotions, and Diocesan meetings take away time for visiting and makes it necessary for the desig-nation of two consecutive evenings for each grouping of parishioners’ homes on the list. We try to visit most (if not all) on the first evening of the two designated days, but we cannot guarantee that.

THANK YOU Once again we thank all the members of our Parish Committee, who help us with all of our parties for their many hours meeting at the rectory, shopping all over in stores for the best prices, than cooking wonderful meals, decorating the hall, and hosting again our New Year’s Eve party, i.e. Sylwester, and it was another great success because of their hard work.

zyk, whose place Fr. Marcin will be taking at St. Pancras’s.

Please know that we closed the parish books on donations on December 31 each year. We will ad-just in the first part of January a family’s offerings if they were away for Christmas and unable to drop their last 2014 offering envelopes into the basket. However, once the accountant closes the books mid January for the sake of the tax year, we CANNOT go back and change the amount a fam-ily has given. We urge everyone to avoid tax pre-parers who try to show, how good they are, by falsely inflating with no documents or receipts the amount of a family’s charitable giving and getting a larger tax return for them. When an audit takes place by IRS, we cannot change our closed and reported records to make up a new donations re-ceipt. It is simply too late and IRS may actually demand to see such records. The parish cannot provide fraudulent receipts, because it would put our tax exempt status at risk. Thank you for your understanding.

Serdecznie dziękujemy Komitetowi i woluntariuszom, którzy poświęcili wiele czasu oraz pracy na przygotowanie wspaniałej zabawy Sylwestrowej. Dzięki temu wszyscy uczestnicy balu byli bardzo zadowoleni. Dziękujemy także samym uczestnikom balu, którzy swoją postawą pełną kultury i poczucia humoru stworzyli niepowtarzalny nastrój tego wieczoru. Przygotowując tę zabawę i uczestnicząc w niej wsparliśmy materialnie naszą parafię, gdyż cały dochód jest przeznaczony na ten cel. Jeszcze raz składamy wszystkim serdecznie Bóg zapłać.

K+M+B - KOLĘDA 2015 Po Świętach Bożego Narodzenia rozpoczęliśmy wizytę duszpasterską (kolędę) u rodzin, które prosiły nas o błogosławieństwo swojego miejsca zamieszkania. Informacje o kolędzie znajdują się w biuletynie. W trosce o naszych księży udających się po kolędzie, najserdeczniej prosimy o dobre oświetlenie wejścia do domów i oznaczenie właściwego dzwonka. Dziękujemy! Księża odwiedzają w tym czasie wiele rodzin na Queensie, zatem każda informacja, jak trafić do rodzin naszych Parafian jest dla nas bardzo ważna.

PLEASE NOTE: This year all Parishioners will be called to set up an appointment .

The Bulletin will list sections that priest will visit for the week. We will be calling first to set up date and time for Koleda visit.

W poniedziałek 29 grudnia, rozpoczeliśmy odwiedziny duszpasterskie parafian, czyli Kolędę. Prosimy o cierpliwość w oczekiwaniu ną kolędę. Plan kolędy został ułożony według kart zgłoszeniowych, które należało oddać do 14 grudnia. Karty zwrócone po tym terminie mogą nie być na tej pierwszej zamieszczonej liście. Kto chce się upewnić czy jest na liście rodzin kolędowych, proszę dzwonić na plebanię: 718-894-1387.

UWAGA: W tym roku, każda Kolęda jest uzgadaniana telefonicznie.
