Dear Fellow Members What’s on my mind. I tell you. It’s Membership. Membership is the most important item right now. Number one, we have to make sure every member pays up and remains a mem-ber. Number two, we must contact those that left, to see why and what we can do to get them back. Number three, we must work harder to grow and get more members. Therefore I ask you to do the following. Carry an application with you at all times. There is no better time then the present, when someone makes in-quiries about membership in our Lodge. Do not miss out on the opportu-nity to bring new members in. This request is not only for the present offi-cers, I would like every member to carry applications in their pocket. And those members who do not come to often stop in and pick up applications and stay a while and socialize. Whenever we take new members in, hereafter, I will assign them to one of our officer for further training and guidance. I do not want them to feel lost or having the feeling that they can not participate in what we do. Everyone should know all the committees we have and the work involved. Therefore I will assign mentors to all newcomers. Whoever has a question or recom-mendation please approach me with same. We are getting new members but not at numbers I was hoping for.
