The .csv file can be viewed in Microsoft Excel. Users can export job data for a specific date range and schedule, daily, weekly, or monthly data exports.

Bug Fixes

Reconcile by Invoice: Taxes were not captured on the Driver Reconcile Trip by Invoice function. Taxes and other items including: parts, cores, services, discounts, non taxable freight, city tax, county tax, state tax and other amounts are now captured. For taxes to flow to Manifest by Invoice, client services must activate the capturing of invoice and tax information for the report.

Undelivered Parts by Drivers: When a driver marks a part as not delivered, but forgets to reassign the part, the dispatcher can now add the part back to a route.

New Features

Single Site with Multiple Store Functionality: use a singe Production Management website to manage multiple stores. Filters allow employees to filter stores by production type.

Store to Store Shipping: ship parts from store to store in Production Management. Create jobs in one store for parts located in other stores and track the shipment from the original store to the destination store in real time all within Production Management. Jobs can be added to containers to move parts in bulk and save time for drivers scanning parts on and off of trucks. Ensure part quality with images taken at each location and assigned to the job and container.

Archive Data: data older than one year old will be archived and will no longer be available in the live system. Administrators and Salespersons have access to the data archive under Production Control on the Production Management Main Menu. Administration users will have access to two sets of Archive Reports: Archive Reporting - Main and Archive Reporting - Production/QC Techs.

Bug Fixes

Route Wrap Up Report now displays collected dollars.

Gateway parts search when selecting year no longer displays error.

Dispatcher Print Job no longer removes the original line item in replacement parts.

Production Lost Time report no longer displays error.

Dispatcher PT Status page, no longer allows a dispatcher to void jobs without parts picker enabled.

Interchange Update 82.03: interchange lookup for vehicle and parts has been added for years 2015, 2016, and 2017. Nearly 300 vehicles and 48,000 have been added for each year. Application data (Interchange details) is more user friendly and aligns more closely to the Powerlink look and feel.
