About the project:
Holiday resort “Skalite” is situated on total of 11 000 sq. m area in Chernomoretz, a town distant 30km from Burgas and 7km from Sozopol.
The resort is located on a small peninsula which provides a direct view to the sea and the surrounding environment.
Elements of the Old Bulgarian sea style have been used in the architectural design so the project could fit into the local original architecture.
The resort consists of fifteen double houses with total area up to 165 sq.m and houses with flats on each floor with area starting from 40sq. m and ending at 60 sq.m.
The main entrance and the car entrance are both situated on the North-West side of the complex. The complex is designed with forty parking places.
Other features of the complex are the two swimming pools, a large garden, a playground, a gym and a shop.
