Using Social Media has influenced just about every aspect of our lives, both physically and psychologically. The way we live, spend time with others, eat and experience a live show or art exhibition. All that has changed since Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest have become platforms to inspire, share and verify our own identity. Psychologists prove how a single selfie can change the way we sustain ourselves. Anthropologists argue how we relive and fully experience our daily activities only once we verify them with social shares. Traveling and vacationing is no different. How not to become a recluse and give up on the trend completely, yet still save the memories without losing integrity and their magic?

the perspective shifted in the way we take holiday pictures – we don’t rely on others, we do it ourselves.

some time ago it was the others who decided how we were represented and viewed.
scarcity was good
www.share.travel
in the digital age we no longer have to worry about having too many photos to develop...
the scarcity was good
www.share.travel
but scarcity taught us to choose more carefully and perhaps that was good thing.
paradox of choiceto avoid making a choice which is dreadful we simpy share everything…

paradox of choice
www.share.travel
but maybe it is the selection that is the key to truly great travel memories.
share with caresince it costs nothing and is easy we seem to share with no care.
www.share.travel
share with caremaybe the limitation lead to being less careless and more carefull about choices.

don’t you wish you were memost pictures taken from the observers point of view seem to scream „don’t you wish you were me” message.
www.share.travel
don’t you wish you were mebut that’s also a part of human nature that has always been true – we share to show how resourceful we are compared to others.

get this party startedthe way we party and share it helps us verify the experience with others.
www.share.travel
get this party startedand that hasn’t changed either, but with social media the feedback is instantaneous.

to twerk or not to twerkbeing sexual helps us mate, ergo we share it hoping to date better and share our genes subconsequently.

to twerk or not to twerkthat has been true since caveman and women mated.

the anatomy of a selfiewe even construct our self image based on a selfie and the social response to it.
www.share.travel
we are a family…we still travel in herds – only the way we express ourselves has changed a bit.
www.share.travel
we are a family…and that was true back then, too.

is there a way to step back?

does anybody care?
www.share.travel
is this relevant anymore?once you compare now and then you might get the impression we live in times where obundance made things less relevant.
www.share.travel
have we lost the magic?Probably not – we just have to look for it in all the right places. Right, Justin?

Travel World Passport has been created by people hungry to discover the world. We have formed a web framework to save travel memories. It was born out of continuous search for inspiration. While we appreciate the satisfaction exploration brings, we have a strong conviction that the when looking for true inspiration, we often found it difficult information available online was scattered and often inaccessible.
The most valuable and remarkable travel inspiration and information is available on travel blogs, but for those who do not follow them on a regular basis it is hard to keep track of. Our mission is now to gather the most valuable, relevant and useful travel content in one place, where it is indexed and easily searchable.
So for those, who are not satisfied with the way travel content is being presented online our product is a web framework to save and digest travel information around the stories of real travelers. It provides the necessary inspiration and contains information to start your journey. Our belief is that travel is about the feeling and the experiences, not the place. Those thoughts and believes are reflected in all the aspects of our work. And that feeling inspires us to be free, travel and do great things. We hope it will inspire you, too.
