Gas compressor stations are applied in Oil & Gas industry in the following fields:

• Collection and transportation of APG for processing in oil & gas field units or in gas processing plants;• Compression of APG, supplied to gas turbine units that generate electricity;• Gas-lift oil production;• Injection of APG into the reservoir for enhanced oil recovery, or temporary storage of gas;• Type of compressors: screw and reciprocating• Type of power unit: type power unit: gas internal combustion engines, explosion-proof asynchronous electric

One of important and priority activities of LLC «NMZ-Compressor equipment» is design and manufacturing of mobile gas compressor stations with gas piston drive.

Time of gas pumping for pipeline section with DN 1400 mm, 28 km long, from 73 kgs/cm2 pressure down to 10 kgs/cm2 – 96,5 hours (using 3 stations)

Advantages of MGCS:

Lack of required costly and time-consuming approval procedures for commissioning and use;Full autonomy – gas piston drive is applied working on pumping gas;Mobility – low weight of the station makes it easy to transport it to other wells;Fully automated control system doesn’t require constant staff presence;Relatively low capital cost, low operational expenditures.

Module gas compressor stations of fixed version (block-box)

Module gas compressor stations designed for compression of natural, associated and other types of gas with subsequent transporting it in a pipeline for further treatment.

Stations are supplied in maximum readiness for launch. Standard set includes all the systems required for high-quality and reliable performance: automation and control system with possibility to send output signals to a remote control panel, station heating systems, lighting, heat recovery, fire safety equipment, as well as gas analysis systems and forced ventilation.

Unit of light fractions capturing (ULFC) developed by LLC «NMZ-compressor equipment» is designed for collection and compression of vapours of light hydrocarbon fractions allocated from the gas space of oil storage tanks or end separation units, as well as from railroad tank cars and tankers.

Possible options of station applications:

MGCS-2000/0,01-10Station on the base of screw compressor with gas piston drive

Compressor station is designed for compression of APG with capacity up to 2000 nm3/hour to 10 kgs/cm2 pressure and further supply to the pipeline. Gas piston drive works on pumping gas. Compressor unit is installed on a common rigid frame coaxially with the motor on vibration dampers (vibration isolators).

MGCS-500/0,1-15Station on the base of reciprocating compressor with gas piston drive

MGCS (wellhead compressor) is designed for collection and transport of gas, utilization of low pressure flare gas (APG), as well as for pumping gas from tank farm. MGCS may also be applied at wellhead to reduce bottomhole pressure and increase the load of the submersible pump. Station works in fully automated regime, pumping gas is used as a fuel.

Stations consists of three mobile modules of block type, transported on semitrailer. Includes reciprocating compressor and gas motor, installed on common base frame, mounted on a common block with integrated gas and water cooler, suction separator and water separator, tanks, piping and all the necessary auxiliary systems, including preheating and preparation system. The station is fully automated.

MGCS-6/0,01-6Station on the base of screw compressor with electric drive (ULFC)

Purpose:Utilization of flare gases and regeneration gases of heading structures of Oil&Gas companies.

Unit capacity of compressors:Up to 3,7 MWt.

Drive type:Electric, gas piston drive.
