PROGRAMME COMPONENTS The one-day programme picks up where our Hogan Assessment Certification Workshop finishes. It focuses on the implementation of Hogan assessments into the Talent Development and Selection/ Recruitment process. Hogan Certified Users can benefit from opportunities to build and apply their skills in practical contexts through intensive training, involving pre-workshop preparatory work, i.e. analysing position descriptions and Hogan profiles, in-class case studies, role play, and drills. Here below are the expected outcomes for the two-days; SESSION 1: FEEDBACK, COACHING AND DEVELOPMENT Identify developmental gaps by understanding the competencies required for the respective job and/ or role and making accurate deduction based on the profiles. Make developmental / mentoring and coaching recommendations to managers based on the gaps identified. Deliver feedback using Hogan profiles. Identify coaching / mentoring strategies. Match the right coach to the right coachee to optimise return on investments. SESSION 2: SELECTION AND RECRUITMENT Understand competencies required for the respective job and/or role. Select the appropriate Hogan scales and sub-scales for each competency; check that against the candidate profile. Make accurate deduction based on the profiles. Prepare interview questions. Evaluate and make recommendations for selection / hiring decisions. Make developmental / mentoring and coaching recommendations for effective on-boarding.
