Dry powder D-90G : mixture of inert

powders produced in different shapes

and grain sizing, this developer offers

excellent recovery, adhesion and high

capillary behaviours.

Good electrostatic capabiliyty.

DR-60: good coverage, very neutral white layer

easy to spray.

HM-3A 1 THIXO : level 3 equivalent; for control of

porting valves or CND standard penetrant testing,

cleaning with water or N 120/N 106A rags.

D-100: the spray can sprays a very

smoothy white layer easy to

remove. D106: same but quick

drying.

DFA 200A Same as DFA77 plus an anti-foaming agent. Sensible enough to be

even used as a classical penetrant testing product.

WB-11E Ready to use: equivalent than a level 1, can also be diluted to 50%

for a level 1/2. Effluents easy to treat. Good resistance to washing.

WB-100 Approved AMS 2644 level 1 ! Water content: 50 %. Beyond about 55 %

the penetrant refuses the increase of the water %; it develops

resistance to over-washing!

WB-200 Approved AMS 2644 level 2 ! Water content: 50 % as the WB-100,

beyond a point of non-equilibrium (about to 55 % of water) water is

no longer accepted by the product, then we have at the

discontinuity entrance an over-washing resistance phenomenon!

Amazing and technically advanced for a water based product!

HM-412 : an ultimate level 2, yellow-green color; close to the

level 3 sensitivity, with the advantage of a level 2 behavior.

HM-440 : new fluorescent penetrant level 2, color yellow-

green, the first low viscosity biodegradable penetrant (unlike

classical biodegradable penetrants usually little fluid and

quite thick), particularly suitable for tanks (few induced

consumption, high rate of recovery from drip).

HM-602 : fluorescent penetrant level 2, color green-yellow

ColorPerfect, this penetrant shows the excellent properties of

Sherwin HM6xx series: imperturbable while washing, it

provides a 2 + sensitivity with the biodegradability advantage!

HM-604 & -607 : non oil based, a biodegradable synthetic base

facilitating (under certain conditions) the releases and/or

effluents treatment.

HM-430 : high-tech penetrant,

Excellent colorimetry under UV ; particularly suitable for

scotopic vision. Fluid formulation, high resistance to

overwashing & good rinsability. Very low background noise for

such level of detection, exceptional indications offering an

unmatched inspection quality.

HM-704 : Biodegradable synthetic base.

The RC series covers levels 2 to 4

RC-50 : very fluid, this penetrant is

easily implemented; easy pre-rinsing,

generates few effluents.

RC-65 : Ideal green-yellow colorimetry

ensuring a high level and easy detection.

The high tech product in this sensitivity

level. Fluid, the RC-65 is very easy to pre-

rinse. The penetrant layer to emulsify

stays homogeneous and thin for a reduced

emulsifier consumption.

RC-77 : Reference product for the establishment

“Qualified Product List“ from l'AMS 2644 at this

level

� Extreme quality

RC-88 : very sensitive product, 100 % of

detection on NiCr 10 µm panel even without

Little “solvating“ effect for this soft product
