JIM MORRISON & THE DOORS
• Started as the House Band for – Whisky A Go-Go Club in LA• Signed with Elektra Records in 1966• The Doors (1967)• “Light My Fire” –
• Musical Style:• Blues-Based Rock• Narrow ranged Vocal lines• Use of Minor Keys to create dark sound• Lyrics based on Death, Violence, Darkness
