generated from building a Lean culture and capabilities at ITT. It’s a significant and hard-earned honor, and you should
feel very proud to be chosen from a crowded field of noteworthy nominees from across the global ITT enterprise.
At ITT, we have a shared purpose: We solve it. Through your outstanding work, you embody everything that phrase
represents. The history of ITT is built on strong execution and continuous improvement, and you and your team have now
added another important layer to this legacy, while also strengthening the reputation of Industrial Process as a high-
performing leader.
Along with your fellow Operational Excellence winners, you have delivered superior customer value, generated strong
business-building results and helped differentiate ITT in the marketplace by ensuring that we are Optimizing Our Work. In
the process, you have become a Lean role model for our company and a true reflection of the ITT principles of
Impeccable Character, Bold Thinking and Collective Know-How.
As part of your award, your team will receive $5,000 after tax in local currency to be shared equally among team
members. In addition, two team members will attend the awards ceremony in White Plains, New York on September 22-
23, where they will be recognized – on behalf of your team – by ITT CEO Denise Ramos, tour our headquarters site and
interact with other award recipients and members of the ITT Operational Excellence Council. For members of the team
who cannot attend, we will schedule local recognition celebrations.
