We have a great network of leaders because we have something no one else has: we have you, and we have others like you! Connecting with other leaders is the best way to develop your own skills. Learn from those

who are engaged in the same work, the same challenges, and who celebrate the same type of success. This is how to make your team better and increase the impact of your ministry. A good leader alone is just that; but when good leaders connect they have the ability to become great.

God intends to do a great work in us this year; come prepared to be strengthened and developed. God loves kids and has allowed us to share

that love with them. Parents, churches, and whole communities are waiting for you to introduce their children to the one who made them. It is my prayer that the Holy Spirit continues to help shape that call in your own life, and continues to direct each of us as we serve the church.

Bring your team with you. Excitement doesn’t only add up, it multiplies. Tip the scales of progress in your church by sharing this experience with others. You may be hesitant to ask so much from members of your team. But let me encourage you to be bold and ask big. You will be surprised to see which leaders step up to the call.

Mark ZweifelMark is passionate to see individuals deepen their intimacy with God and capture an eternal perspective. With 16 years of youth ministry experience,Mark brings proven strategies for effective ministry and leadership development. With a Masters of Divinity, Mark and his wife founded Mark Zweifel Ministries in 2006. In 2009 Mark & Heidi relocated to Anchorage, Alaska with their four daughters (Braxtyn, Braydee, Macy-Dayne, Paityn)

and are the lead pastors at Fairbanks First Assembly of God.

Michelle AnthonyDr. Michelle Anthony is the Vice President and Publisher of Learning Resources at David C Cook. She is author of Spiritual Parenting, Dreaming of More for the Next

Generation, The Big God Story, and her newest book Becoming a Spiritually Formed Family (Jan. 2015). Michelle has over 25 years of church ministry and leadership

experience in children’s and family ministries and graduate degrees in Christian Education, Bible and Theology from Talbot School of Theology and Southern Seminary.

Aizaiah YongAizaiah Yong is a gifted preacher and writer who has served in ministry going on four years. He and his best friend and wife (for nearly 2 years) Neddy, currently live in Renton, WA. He is in pursuit of his Masters in Theology degree at Northwest University and also serves as the NextGen/teaching pastor at New Life Church in Renton, Washington. Aizaiah loves EVERYTHING sports and looks forward to the day the Seattle Supersonics return.

Aizaiah believes there is no greater time in history to be a Christ follower and is passionate to see Christ’s mission advanced through the building up of the local church!

Brent ColbyBrent Colby is the Children’s Ministries Director at the Northwest Ministry Network.

He and his wife, Bria, have been in Children’s Ministry for 8 years, and they have two kids, Adelé and Oliver, with one on the way. Brent received his B.A. from Northwest

University and his M.A. from Vanguard University. Brent reads a book a week, drinks copious amounts of coffee, and enjoys disc golf.
