1. ThecompetitionwillbeswumunderASALawsandFINATechnicalRulesofSwimmingandislicensedatLevel3for entryintoNationalandRegionalChampionships.
2. AllswimmersmustbeASAregisteredcategory2andprovideamembershipnumber.3. TheMeetwillbeheldatHillingdonSports&LeisureComplex,GattingWayUxbridgeUB81ES.Thecentre
hasaneight lane25mpool,swimdownpoolpluselectronictimingwithscoreboard.4. Allentriesmustmeetthequalifyingtimes,entriesmayberestrictedtoensuresmoothrunningofthemeet.
Time trialswillbeatthepromoter’sdiscretion,inordertofillthefirstheatandwillnotbeawardedanymedals.ThetimeswillappearontheASARankings.
5. Entriesmayberestrictedinordertokeepthesessiontimeswithinappropriatetimescales.Slowesttimesineachagegroupwillberejectedinoversubscribedevents.Acceptanceintoalleventsappliedforcannotthereforebeguaranteed.Detailsofacceptedandrejectedentrieswillbepublishedonourwebsiteassoonaspossibleaftertheclosingdate.
6. Clubswith15ormoreswimmersenteredintheMeetarerequestedtoprovideaminimum ofoneofficialforallsessionsinwhichtheclubhasswimmers.
7. Namesandcontactdetailsforofficialsshouldbecompletedbythepersonresponsibleforsubmittingtheentries andforwardedtogetherwithconfirmationofentriesandpayment.
8. Theentryfeeis£7perevent.Norefundswillbegivenexceptforrejectedswims.9. Coaches’passesareavailableatacostof£30.00fortheMeet.Passeswillincludeadmittanceto
all sessions,food/refreshmentsandaprogramme.10. Swimmeetentrieswillbemanagedviacomputerandavailableviatheinternet.Bysubmittingentries,
consentis therebygiven,asrequiredundertheDataProtectionAct1984,totheholdingofpersonalinformationonacomputer.Personaldata,includingsubmittedandrecordedtimes,willbepubliclyavailableduringthemeet.
11. Adesignatedofficermustmakeallclubentriesandthatsamepersonmustmakeallcommunicationswiththemeetorganisers.
12. Agegroups:10/11,12/13,14/15and16/over.Ageasatmidnight18thDecember2016.13. Finalswillbeswuminall100mEventsfor13&Under,14/Over.AnOpen“GrandFinal”willbeswumintheMale
andFemale200mFreestyleevents.14. Awardswillbegiventothefirst3ineachagegroup,maleandfemale,ineachevent.15. Anawardwillbegiventothetopvisitingclub.16. Swimmersmustsigninatleast1hourbeforethestartofeachsessionforeacheventinwhichtheywishtotake
part.Aswimmerwhoislatetosigninmaybeplacedinanunoccupiedlaneatthediscretionofthemeetorganiser,butthisisnotguaranteed.

(refundable).HillingdonSportsandLeisureComplexandHillingdonSwimmingClubshallnotberesponsibleforlossofpropertyfor anyreason.
21. Duringwarm---upswimmersandcoachesmustensurethattheytakenoactionthatwouldendangerthemselvesorothers.Swimmersshouldswiminthedirectionindicated.Sprintlaneswillbeannounced.
22. Aswimdownpoolwillbeavailableforusethroughoutthedurationoftheevent,exceptwhilstwarm---upisavailableinthemaincompetitionpool.Swimmersareexpectedtorespectotherswimmersinandaroundthesurroundingareawhilstusingthisfacility.Theinstructionsofthepoollifeguardand/orHillingdonSCMeetManagementStaffmustbefollowed.HillingdonSCMeetManagementStaffandtheLeisureCentreManagementreservetherighttoclosethisfacility.
23. Anythingnotcoveredbytheserulesshallbeatthediscretionofthemeetorganiser.In linewithASA childprotectionpolicy, anyonewishing toengage inphotography includinguseofcameras,videocamerasormobilephones,mustregisteratthespectatorentranceandmust wear a pass. We request no flash photography at the start of each event as well ascompletesilenceincludingmobilephones.
