Here are a couple of points for consideration:

1) We don't know about redacting the captains' and lieutenants' names, though: they did not do so, but is that anoversight? Also, is there any concern with naming the commander in ND? 

2) The memo mentions a PowerPoint presentation. That presentation seems to be something we may need to withholdper the law. Let's discuss this further when the Colonel has a chance to review.  

3) Should the letter be addressed to "Mr. McDaniel"?

Keith,I checked with both AJ Myers and ETS and there does not seem to be a way to select and send them all at once. ETSis going to do some further checking and call me back but as of now you may just have to send them to me one at atime.
