Model Store Overview –

All of our Highpoint team were involved in the Model Store set up, from our casuals that did overnight shifts to our Management team who worked hard on educating the team on the BIG DEALS and standards and our great VM team who put In lot’s of effort to get the store looking great!

Model Store was achieved by utilizingevery team member to come togetherand work as a unit to produce the bestModel Store we could. Lot’s of organizingand planning went into preparing the storefor the changes and the team were educatedon what was going on through team briefings,notice boards and quizzes over the radio.

Our key objectives were to have a smooth aspossible Model Store roll out and to aspire to The Flagship guidelines where possible. To create an Inspiring atmosphere for our customer and to have our staff knowledgeable on the new trends and be able to style our customers in the latest looks.

Creative - TOPSHOP Loves JeansAll best selling jeans were used in our window with best selling Monochrome co-ords like the knitted ribbed textured jumper and the leaf print crop jacket.

Kiss Me MargateBest selling co-ords are featured in our window along with the gingham check dress and white diamond jacquard midi skirt.
