Highlights by INDU LIGHT –

our references for your tasks

INDU Light has been developing, manufac-

turing and marketing innovative roof glazing

for more than 25 years.

As a family company, sustainability is one of

our main priorities: our new developments

are therefore characterised by maximum

energy efficiency. INDU LIGHT rooflight

systems have technologically advanced

thermal protection characteristics. And not

only can they be combined with photovoltaic

systems, but they also accommodate

energy-producing photovoltaic cells within

the glass or plastic glazing.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority –

and we work on it every day! We are aware

that this promise can only be kept in the long

term if we also find a convincing solution

to every requirement. This in turn does not

just require a wide and modular range of

products: a high degree of technical knowl-

edge and appropriate expertise are also

required.

We have put together a selection of INDU

LIGHT solutions for you on the pages that

follow. Please let yourself be inspired and

talk to us about your personal requirements.

Foreword

Topline ELSTop of the class among rooflight systems

Outstanding thermal protection

by means of advanced ELS technology

With Topline ELS, INDU LIGHT is presenting

new rooflight technology. The Energy Line

Silent Technology (ELS) is technological

pioneering, and is outstanding because

of its excellent heat insulating properties,

high soundproofing values and capability

of integrating variable sun protection. The

above-average energy saving potential of

ELS systems is unique on the market: the

outstanding thermal insulation values

counteract heating energy losses in the

building. Valuable daylight floods into the

interior and helps to save electricity for

electric lighting. The integrable ELS Sunbloc

shading system provides protection from

the sun and removes the need for cooling

energy during the summer. Together with the

hail protection system (which has undergone

further optimisation), exemplary soundproof-

ing values and regionally coordinated UV

properties, INDU LIGHT rooflights make

a decisive contribution to maintaining the

value of the building.

Topline ELS is therefore ideal for use in any

climatic zone and has an outstanding

aesthetic design.

ProlineOptimised new version of the classic rooflight

Millions of square metres of

established rooflight technology

The Proline classic continuous rooflight

is based on the experience of millions of

square metres of manufactured and installed

rooflights. The new version of INDU LIGHT

Proline now covers glazing in the form of

multi-skin sheets that are between 10 mm

and 32 mm thick.

Proline also has improved safety standards.

These range from optimised hail protection

properties to optimised versions for provid-

ing fall-through protection to new criteria

defined by INDU LIGHT for the selection

of polycarbonat glazing to suit the locally

prevailing UV radiation. Proline stands out

even more than before due to its stability

and robustness.

SkylineThe continuous rooflight system for architectural highlights

Modern roof architecture for new

buildings and renovation projects

The Skyline rooflight systems for saddleback

roof types characterise the wide variety of

structural versions, e. g. with tilting angles

of 15° to 60° and clear widths of 1.50 m

to 7.50 m. Skyline can be continued in an

uninterrupted line to create a wall light

band, therefore providing a continuous light

transfer.

With its wide range of equipment features,

Skyline can be integrated in almost any

daylight concept – for new buildings as well

as for building restoration.

ShedlineThe rooflight system for an exemplary energy balance

Contemporary rooflight technology for

new buildings and renovation

Shed roofs have been around since the

beginning of industrialisation. These illumi-

nate large factory buildings uniformly and

without glare, since the glazed side is north

facing, which also prevents excessive heat

accumulation inside the building.

Shed roofs are now being brought up to the

current state of technology during renova-

tion. Why not fit photovoltaic systems to the

previously unused back of the shed light

bands? This doubles the advantage to the

building owner: modern INDU LIGHT light

bands save energy because of their out-

standing thermal insulation properties, and

INDU LIGHT photovoltaic systems generate

energy for infeeding and remuneration or for

internal use.

Countless usage options Cityline is more than just functional weather

protection for people and property. The

modern architecture of the lightweight

construction enhances buildings, outside

areas and public zones alike, and provides

new room quality below it.

Cityline also retains its appearance after

years of outdoor exposure. This is ensured

by our conscientious choice of materials in

the supporting structure, the rung profiles

and the glazing.

Glass roof construction and customised solutionsMade-to-measure solutions from the daylight manufacture

Just like being in the open air –

but well protected

Daylight livens you up. It strengthens the

immune system and makes us feel better.

The goal of modern architecture is therefore

to “guide” as much daylight as possible into

all buildings. The glass construction and

customised solution experts at INDU LIGHT

provide made-to-measure solutions for all

building projects, i.e. new and renovated

buildings alike.

Sometimes it isn’t possible with standard

solutions. As a daylight manufacturer, INDU

LIGHT provides customised made-to-meas-

ure solutions and maximum design freedom

for architects, planners and creative people.

The range of glazing materials extends from

insulating glass for many different applica-

tions to different types of polycarbonate to

acrylic glass – with optional Aerogel filling.

INDU LIGHT – the sky is the limit.

RenovationMaximum energy efficiency by means of long-term renovation

Analysis, advice, planning and

implementation: all from a single

source

One decision, many benefits – the renovation

of leaking or defective rooflights or RWA

devices does not just comply with the

stricter standards and regulations. It also

puts money straight back into your wallet –

because renovating with the standard

glazing that is now used really saves energy.

Even more potential savings can be made

with the Energy Line Silent Systems (ELS)

from INDU LIGHT with their top class

thermal insulation properties.

And best of all: the investments that you

make will pay for themselves within a short

time.

Photovoltaic systems on buildings

and plots of land

Be it a new building or an energy-saving

renovation project: INDU LIGHT photovoltaic

systems make it possible to make energy-

efficient use of all solar potential on and

around buildings by using:

Rooflight-integrated photovoltaic

systems

INDU LIGHT Shedline and Skyline rooflights

have been equipped with photovoltaic

modules on separate profiles since 2005.

Flat roof photovoltaic systems

Mounted on INDU LIGHT carrier systems,

meaningful use can be made of unused

areas on flat roofs.

Open space photovoltaic systems

Open space systems can be used with an

extremely high level of energy efficiency due

to the facility for aligning the photovoltaic

systems in the best possible way.
