HARVARD: INDIA WILL BE WORLD’S FASTEST GROWING ECONOMY IN COMING DECADE

India tops the list of the fastest growing economies in the world for the coming decade and is projected to grow at 7.9 per cent annually, ahead of China and the US, according to a Harvard University report. “India tops the list as the fastest growing country for the coming decade, at 7.9 per cent annually, in the economic complexity growth projections. India has made inroads in diversifying its export base to include more complex sectors, such as chemicals, vehicles, and certain electronics,” the report said. It said that India’s productive capabilities far exceed expectations for its current income level, which contributes to the projection of rapid growth for the coming decade. The researchers also find India ranks the best on the criteria termed the Complexity Opportunity Index (COI), which measures how easy it is to redeploy existing knowhow to enter new complex products. FLAVOR'S OF INDIA

How to make: Chop the onions and make a paste of ginger and garlic and keep them aside. Add salt and pepper on both sides of the Fillets and cook the fish in the microwave for about 2 minutes. Heat a wok, put 2 tbsp of oil and add the chopped onions and start frying them. After few minutes, add the ginger garlic paste and fry them. Add all the spices, few pieces of cashews, raisins and the fish, break the fillets, cook this mixture till you see oil separating out. Meanwhile boil a potato and mash it. When the fish stuffing is almost done, add the potato to it and mix them well.

When the stuffing cools down use your hands, take lumps and shape them as cutlets. For the outer coating, take an egg white in a bowl and in a separate bowl spread about 1 cup of bread crumbs. Take one of your cutlets, first dip in the egg white then roll the cutlet in the bread crumb. Repeat this process with all other cutlets.  Refrigerate the bread crumbs coated cutlet for about 2 hours.

Whenever you want to try them, deep fry them. If you want to avoid the deep frying, you can even put them in the oven at 350F and broil them.
