LOCATIONHighgrove Close is located centrally within the residential area of Lowestoft, to the west of the town centre.

Lowestoft is a principal town located on the east coast of Norfolk which like Great Yarmouth is reliant upon seasonal holiday business as well as local industry, some of which is derived from coastal operations.

The main A12 coastal road runs through Lowestoft, providing access to Great Yarmouth and Norwich via the A47

SUMMARY OF ACCOMMODATIONTarmac roads provide access from Fir Lane to each park home pitch. The majority of pitches have parking off the road and some have garages. There is an additional area of communal parking on the north eastern part of the property.

The site is laid out to provide 46 mobile home pitches comprising 34 twin and 12 single 12 foot wide pitches.

The site is relatively flat, apart from at its south western corner where the land falls steeply to the south into a small lower lying area of open land. This area of land might be suitable for the siting of two or three further park home pitches, although planning permission would be required and some tipping/levelling on the site may be needed to accommodate additional park homes.
