This includes help with selecting a course, finding an internship & job, networking, interview, salary negotiation. Participants can also work with us as ( junior)associates on a freelance basis during their studies. Career Orientation • Job profiles and advertisement analysis • Job market analysis & orientation • SWOT analyses of employers, assessment & career planning • Networking, industry & study visits, workshop organisation Find a Bachelor, Masters, Executive Course, Internship & Job • Support in finding vacancies, also those that are not advertised through our network (recruitment and executive search) companies. • Preparing applications (advertisement analysis, CV, motivation letter) • Support in arranging and preparing for interview/ salary negotiation. Study & Career Coaching, Internship Supervision • Support with managing job performance • Support with working effectively in teams, with colleagues, supervisors and other stakeholders. Counselling & Coaching Fees • Non-refundable registration fee of EUR 1000,- for education, career or both services • 10% of quoted brochure fee for the course. This fee will be refunded if the candidate does not get admission or if there is any issue with the visa. • 22,5% of the net salary per month for a period of 1 year or less if the contract is of shorter duration. This fee is applicable to 13 th month, bonus, income tax returns. Fee is payable within 2 working days as and when salary or any bonus, holiday allowance is received. Spouses can register for both the education and career services and avail a 15% discount on the fees. We also support students to start-up their own company while at University/School or just after graduation. Contact us for more details.
