The sl ider of the moving platen (≦SM-250TS) equipped with the thin slice of the ORKOT woven & fabric composite materials incorporating into the solid lubricants such as the graphite / MoS2/PTFE to remit the greases replenishment after the long-term operation under the greaseless circumstances. Collocated with the greases lubrication should be extending its life over 5 times in the wear resistance to compare with the traditional design of the brass plate.
Linear Guide Ways ▲▲▲ Liner guide ways directly carried along the injection unit to reduce the mechanical friction and the back-pressure brought f rom the plasticizing by means of providing the better control of the injection sequence.
Self-LubricatingClamp Unit

Central lubrication supply system impregnated the self-lubrication graphite bronze bushes with the greases cartridge to assure the lower coefficient of the friction and to reduce the worn out in the toggle mechanisms by means of acquiring the well machine's accuracy. Also it could be prevented the crack (creep) and the excessive wear coming from the mis-alignment of the tie bars by the redundant force.

Communicated through the RS-232 interface for monitoring the formation data by itself or printing out the parameter by the EPSON STYLUS COLOR printer.

Hydraulic System▲ Adopted as the West Germany-intacted BOSCH proportional
pressure/flow vales within the paramount LVDT (Linear Variable Displacement Transducers) position feedback function to provide the high-response/rapid-reaction characteristics for the precision control demands.

Clamping System▲ New pioneering design within the optimum "Finite Element Analysis"
system in the stationary /moving platens provided the large daylight area between the tie bars and the opening stroke as well as assuring the strength and the rigidity of the toggle mechanisms mutually.
▲ Low-pressure mold protection system associated with the double-interlocking (mechanical + electrical) devices to prevent the molds being damaged and to assure the operator’s safety. Auto Mold Thickness Adjustment (AMTA) and Auto Clamping Force Setting (ACFS) function facilitated the operation.
▲ The highly significant features and the upgrade specification provided the excellent/constant/ simplificative motions of the mold opening/clamping mechanisms
▲ Boost Clamping System adopted as the differential hydraulic loop to shorten the cycle time up to 60% in the velocity and the more energy saving.
