June – July: one week day ride (~10 miles) focused on racing skills and fitness; one weekend day fun ride (~20 miles) (Contingent on insurance)

August: two week day rides and one weekend ride; ramping up for race season

September – October: race and hit the books

The Main Objective

Race heats by grade and gender: 9/10 Girls, JV Girls, Varsity Girls, 9 Boys, 10 Boys, JV Boys and Varsity Boys

5 mile laps: 9/10 Girls (2 laps), JV Girls and 9 & 10 Boys (3 laps), Varsity Girls & JV Boys (4 laps) and Varsity Boys (5 laps)
