High Performance Leadership project is a five-project program.

HPL offers instruction and practice in vital leadership skills and activities such as:

• Develop a mission and vision• Goal-setting and planning• Identifying values• Team building

• Recruit your Guidance Committee• Form your vision, mission, determine your

core values• Present a speech to your club on your project• Enroll others in your vision• Build your Action Team by sharing ownership• Define goals, roles and timetables• Work your plan
