Tomatoes mature and ripen at different stages. The only way to see all ripe tomatoes of the same size and ripeness is at a produce department in a local grocery or at a packing plant. We only sell fresh picked Tomatoes; the customer selects their tomatoes from the display tables.

We will be harvesting tomatoes starting 14 July; the early harvests will yield the smallest quantity. We will harvest each variety 5-7 times through Jul to Oct with the 3rd-5th harvests of each variety having the larger yields.

Our earliest harvest on 14 Jul will be the Early Girl variety which is a heritage tomato developed inthe USA. Very flavorful about the size of a tennis ball. (See pictures below)

Our second variety to be harvested will be the Siberian variety starting on 21 Jul. The Siberian variety is a heritage tomato developed in Russia for cold weather environments. A very flavorful 3-5 Oz tomato about the size of a tennis ball. (See pictures below)

Our 3rd variety of Tomato to be harvested will be the Better Bush variety; they are starting to ripen but will not be ready until 20 Jul. The Better Bush variety is a heritage Beef Steak type tomato developed in the USA. Has an old-fashioned tomato flavor; about 3-4 inches in diameter & weighing 9-10 Oz. Excellent for slicing or canning. (See pictures below)
