Al-Hejailan Group of companies, founded in 1980, has become one of the leading providers of professional services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Group, having commenced its operation as an engineering and contracting firm, gradually evolved with the economy into different areas of specializations such as Industry, Ventures and Services. Al-Hejailan has been providing these services through innovative, talented and dedicated teams of experienced professionals.

With over 2,000 employees, the Group has its Headquarters in Riyadh, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with branches in Al Khobar and Jeddah. Other management subsidiary offices are located strategically throughout the Kingdom and the GCC. The Group’s primary business interests now encompass a variety of capabilities, which include engineering design and supervision, construction management, industry, trading, logistics support and operations and maintenance. Technical know-how, business acumen, practical experience and education are the hallmarks of the Group’s teams. Emad J. Al-Hejailan, a Saudi national, is the Chairman of the Al-Hejailan Group and presides as a Chairman of the Board of Directors over many companies within the group . He is a graduate of the University of Southern California, U.S.A., with a major in Civil Engineering in 1978.

Faisal J. Al-Hejailan, a Saudi national, is the President of the Al-Hejailan Group and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of several companies within the Group. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California, U.S.A., with a major in Civil Engineering in 1979.

Waleed J. Al-Hejailan, a Saudi national, is the Executive Vice President & COO of the Al-Hejailan Group and is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of several telecom companies within the Group. He is a graduate of the American University of Paris with a Major in Business and Economics.

Walid J. Merei, a Jordanian national, is the Executive Vice President and CFO of Al-Hejailan Group. He is associated with the Al-Hejailan Group since 1982. Mr. Merei holds a degree in Business Management with a Major in Accounting from Damascus University and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland (CPA), Arab Management Society (AMS), American Accounting Association (AAA), National Association of Accountants (NAA); and Montana Society for Certified Public Accountants (MCPA).

Daniel G. Mussulman, a U.S. national, is the Vice President of Al-Hejailan Group and President of Saudi Venture Development Company, an Al-Hejailan Group Company. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of several Al-Hejailan joint venture companies. Mr. Mussulman is a Certified Public Accountant from the U.S.A and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston, U.S.A.
