As we go through the rainy season, you’ll notice that your irrigation will not come on if we have received a quarter of an inch or better any one day. I have set in place automated rain sensors which will turn the irrigation system off with a set amount of rainfall, helping us to promote water conservation. If you feel you have a problem with your irrigation system, I asked that you do not attempt to repair, adjust or add to the zones in your yard or use the automated valves that are set in place in your backyard to run the system. After your personal landscapers have left, please inspect your shrub line to make sure that no heads were cut by their equipment. If you need heads flagged or spotted in your yard, please contact the CLIS office, in order for us to generate a work order. A technician will come out and flag all heads in your grass areas. Please return these flags to the CLIS office or set them at your mailbox and one of my technicians will come by and pick them up. If you feel there is a problem with the irrigation in your yard, please contact the CLIS office either by email or a phone call. Again, any tampering with the irrigation system by the homeowner could cause malfunction in the system, not only in your yard, but in your neighbor’s yard as well. Contact info: [email protected] or call 239-731-4524 Thank you!
