Career & Credential Exploration (C2E)Two-Day Transition training for personnel transitioning into career fields
that require licensure, certifications, and apprenticeships.
Cultural City TourSign-in: 7:45 a.m. • Depart: 8:20 a.m. • Return: 2:30 p.m.
Meet at Mokuteki BallroomThe Cultural City Tour is a guided tour conducted every Friday around
Misawa City and Hachinohe City. Attendees will visit the Misawa International Center, Hachinohe Fish Market and
the Kushihiki Shrine.
Cultural ClassPlease join us to learn the Japanese language and culture.
Employment 2-Day TrackPresented by the Department of Labor for individuals planning on
seeking employment immediately after separating from the military. This track assists members with resume writing, interview skills, networking,
labor market information and federal employment. Upon completion of this track members will have a targeted resume. Spouses and high
school aged students welcome.
Heart LinkLearn the basics of Air Force Life. This is an AFAS sponsored event,
designed as an orientation for military spouses new to the Air Force or new to Misawa AB. Will learn vital resources and information that will
assist with Air Force life and meet fellow spouses.
Intercultural Japanese CookingPlease join us to make a Japanese dish and enjoy a sample of it. We will be making Oyakodon, a traditional Japanese dish. Advanced registration
is required.

Navigating USAJOBSLearn to navigate USAJOBS and how to create a profile.
Pre-Deployment WorkshopWhether it’s your first time preparing for a deployment or you’ve been through one before, military members and their family members face unique challenges and changes during a separation. The Pre-Deployment Workshop provides information and skills to help you manage a deployment. This workshop is required for military members with a firm deployment tasking of 30+ days or extended TDY assignment of 179+ days. Workshop completion is required NET 60 days and NLT 30 days prior to departure. Open to military members and spouses.
Reintegration WorkshopThe Reintegration process provides military members and their family members with information, assistance and other tools needed to handle different problems that often arise after a deployment or extended TDY. This workshop is required for military members returning from a firm deployment tasking of 30+ days or extended TDY assignment of 179+ days. Workshop completion is required within 7 days of returning to home station or release from ROM. but prior to beginning Rest and Relaxation (R&R). Open to military members and spouses.
