Black Country Party Bus

The Black Country Party Bus is operated by Black Country Tours Ltd. established in

1983 are in the heart of the Black Country, at Netherton, near Dudley.

Our Double Decker Buses are unique in the fact that all of the buses have BARS ON BOARD, which are licensed until midnight.

We offer Draught & Bottled Lager and Cider, and can also offer Soft Drinks and a consider-

able selection of spirits for your enjoyment during our Tours.

On any tour you will be looked after by our experienced staff Please read through the brochure to see which tour

suits your party best. Please Note - Our Buses are also available for Wedding Hire – PRICE INCLUDES RIBBONS &

BALLOONS!

Tours are normally recommended for a MINIMUM of 30 people (unless otherwise stat-

ed) and the area covered is from Bridgnorth across to Coventry and from Stratford-Upon

-Avon up to Cannock. Pick up and return points are negotiable, but extra costs may be incurred., we have our Party Coach that can pick-up further afield so just give us a call

to discuss.

The Santa Special

Available all year round.

Treat yourselves this Christmas and jump aboard the Santa Special Beer Buzz. All you need is a

party of 30 or more and the fun begins.

You will visit three pubs around the Black Country and at your food venue your party can enjoy a special

Christmas buffet that includes a glass of prosecco and chocolates will be served on the bus. At some point during the evening you will be able to visit Santa and receive your naughty novelty gift.

You will then be able to let your hair down and dance the night away along with one of our resident DJ’s. This is a night definitely not to be forgotten!! Start saving now! We will pick you up from your pick up point

at 7pm, and you will be returned by midnight.

The ‘Mystery Brum’ Tour

Put a bit of mystery into your life join us on a pub tour in the heart of Birmingham.

We will pick you up at a point of your choice on one of

our unique double decker buses with bar. Visit 3

venues in Birmingham to include Digbeth and

The Jewellery Quarter we finish the tour on Broad

street for you to continue your night.

Special Ladies Night

This tour is designed especially for Hen nights or all lady parties,

we offer our normal collection time of 7pm.

To start the night, You will visit two or three pubs before your

food and entertainment venue, sometimes finishing with either extra disco, karaoke or tribute band.

We supply either a drag act or a stripper along with your normal disco

at this venue , (if you want both a stripper and a Drag act we can sup-ply both at an extra charge of £150).

We also recommend this tour as a great Christmas party Tour. If your

company employs mostly women, and even if the party has a couple

of fellas on board you can really enjoy yourselves.

This tour includes a buffet and disco as well as your entertainment

and continues until approximately 11:15pm.

Of course we return you to your pick-up point, or as with a lot of our

hen nights, we can drop off at a night club.

The ‘Cannock Chase’

Thought you’d tried it all, then try the Cannock Chase , a fresh idea for new and loyal customers.

We will pick you up at a point of your choice,

and then travel on one of our famous Black

Country Buses to visit your food venue at 8pm

for hot/cold buffet, before proceeding to the

Nest in Hednesford so that you can enjoy

refreshments and finally, your party will be

transferred to the Sport Bar in Cannock for a

lively disco on two floors.

The Pink Party Tour

‘On the Lady Penelope Party Coach’

Our Pink Party diva nights include a buffet, disco, karaoke, and adult cabaret.

Every member of the party will be given a naughty novelty gift, and the organiser will receive a

complimentary bottle of pink bubbly and the coach will be decorated with pink ballons.

A night at the Dogs

Thursday and Saturday nights at Monmore Green Greyhound Track

If you haven’t been greyhound racing before you will find it an exhil-

arating evening out.

Its action all the way right up to the winning line.

The Monmore Green Greyhound Track is an ideal location for par-ties, hen nights and corporate events, in fact any type of event. Just

leave it to us and we will organise the whole evening for you.

Great for business social events we collect you from an agreed pick-

up point, travel as a group on the famous Black Country Beer Bus

and have a drink on the way with a fully stocked bar on board, at

the end of the evening we take you back to your pick-up and there

could even be time for a drinks call on the way back at a local pub.

First race at 6:30pm

A NIGHT OF AUTHENTIC TURKISH CUISINE

Join us for a taste of Turkey on the famous Black Country Party Beer Bus, eating at a Turkish restaurant all the cuisine is cooked by Turkish chefs and entertainment is provide by a Turkish Belly Dancer. The fun starts at 7pm from your chosen pickup point with one of our unique double decker buses with draught lager and cider, plus a range of wines and spirits, including bottled beers.

Turkish chicken Kebabs, Mixed salad, Chips, or a Vegetarian option.

If you are planning a party event and have a smaller party then look

no further, the Black Country Party Coach has just arrived.

The lady Penelope party coach is just right for trips to venues further afield than our normal tours. So if you are looking for the

ideal transport for a smaller party to a Race meeting, a Theatre

visit, a wedding party give us a call we will be happy to discuss your

requirements, and plan your event with you.

We can decorate with Balloons and Birthday Banners on request.

Our party coach comes with :-

We require a £100 deposit to confirm your booking, this will be deducted from the total price, the balance of which is payable 2 weeks before commencement of the tour.

Conditions of Business 1. Your submission of this Booking Form is an offer made to us (Black Country Tours Ltd) on the terms of these

conditions.

2. The offer can only be accepted in writing by us receiving a £100.00 deposit and you receiving a receipt sent first class post to you

at the address given on the booking form for said sum of £100 which will be refunded in the event of non-acceptance by us of

your offer but otherwise will be non-refundable;

a) acceptance will only be effective on receipt from you by us of a deposit in the cleared sum of £100 within 7 days of receipt

by you of our written acceptance;

b) the balance of the price is payable in full by you to us at least 14 days before the date of the tour, that time to be of the

essence;

c) all cheques are payable to Black Country Tours Ltd;

d) payment by credit card for the balance is acceptable;

e) The minimum party size is 30 persons unless stated in the Tour details for a specific tour.

3. You are the organiser of your party and:

a) you warrant to us that all members of your party are a minimum of 18 years of age;

b) you will provide us with proof of identity and of age of all members of your party on demand:

c) you will be responsible for the good behaviour of all members of your party at all times during the tour;

d) you will be responsible for ensuring that all members of your party remain throughout the tour suitably and

decently dressed with safe and sufficiently protective footwear;

e) you will procure that all members of your party keep all possessions secure and protected against loss or

damage. We cannot insure at a reasonable premium the possessions of members of parties and accordingly

you will indemnify us against any claim made by a member of your party against us for such loss or damage;

f) you acknowledge and will procure that all members of your party acknowledge our unconditional right to

terminate any tour without refund or compensation in the event of breach of the matters set out in (a)-(e)

above. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of such termination you and your party will not be allowed to

return on our transport and you will be required to make on your and your party’s behalf alternative

transport arrangements in such circumstances;

g) You agree that in the event of non availability, we may replace the tour bus with alternative transport without

liquor licence and without liability to you.
