Greetings, We are sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with our system changes. If you have already enrolled yourself in the myPass system please skip to the section entitled “Instructions for Enrolled Alumni”. Unfortunately, if you were unable to enroll in the myPass system prior to the security updates you will need to contact our office for further asssistance. Our number is (304) 384 – 5291. INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENROLLED ALUMNI 1. Go to https://accounts.concord.edu

On this page you will see four options. If you wish to change any of your verification questions selest

the “Re-Enroll” option and follow the prompts.

2. Select the “Reset Password” option.

You will be prompted to enter your user name in order to continue. It should be the same as what you

used to logon to any campus computer. So for the user Whomever Example, with the email

[email protected], would enter the user name “example(some number)”.

If you reach this point and are unable to proceed, please contact us for further assistance.

Select next, then you should be prompted to enter your verification information.

Enter the appropriate information and select next. You should be taken to a page that allows you to

reset your password.

NOTICE: When attempting to reset your password if the password criteria is NOT met you

will receive an error message and will not be able to access any of your accounts.
