#TechforGood Initiative Help Us Support Underprivileged Families during Covid-19

As we continue to grapple with COVID-19, it’s more vital than ever that the needs of our most vulnerable are kept in mind. At TWF, we are committed to assisting our community of under-privileged families under current conditions. As such, we have identified access to technology as a major challenge for these families. This affects their children’s ability to attend online school classes during this difficult period.

ABOUT #TECHFORGOODIn collaboration with Hong Kong Association for Computer Education (HKACE), we intend to donate 500 second-hand portable devices such as laptops or tablets to underprivileged families to enable their children to access online school work and e-classes.

WHY? Equipped with a solid education, these children have the opportunity to improve the lives of their families and contribute to building a brighter, more equal future for Hong Kong.

1. DEVICE DONATION: To facilitate distribution to schools, batches of 25-50 devices are requested. We accept pre-used laptops and ipads / tablets – meeting the specifications below

2. FINANCIAL SUPPORT: Provide financial support to cover our coordination costs for this outreach project.
