Balmoral Show Henri Hippo Competition Closing date 24th April 2014.

(a) Competition is open to UK resident customers and non-customers aged between 5 and 11. Competition is not open to employees of Ulster Bank Group, their families or anyone associated with this competition.

(b) One entry per person. The 2014 Balmoral Show takes place from 14th - 16th May, so persons entered must be available on at least one of these dates. The artwork design should be submitted on the entry form provided. Entries are not returnable. They, and the copyright for them, become the property of the promoter. Entries must be submitted to The Balmoral Show Henri Hippo Competition, Freepost, BEL4084, Ulster Bank, 11-16 Donegall Square East, Belfast, BT1 5UB by 5pm on Thursday 24th April, 2014 .

(c) Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting or sending by e-mail will not be accepted as proof of entry.

(d) A winning design will be selected by judges. The prize will be awarded to the entrant who, in the judge’s opinion, designs the most apt and original artwork on theme outlined in the entry form. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

(e) The prize comprises of one family pass to the Balmoral Show for one day. One overall winning design will then be selected from all entries. This design will

then be created for Henri Hippo. An additional five runner up designs will be selected and made into cardboard cut outs which will be displayed around the Balmoral Show 2014 . The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available.

(f) Winners will be informed by phone or e-mail by Tuesday 6th May 2014 . Information about the winners will then be available by sending an SAE to Winner List “The Balmoral Show Henri Hippo Competition” at the address given in condition (b) above.

(g) The winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this competition.

(h) If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winners, the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winners for having done so.

(i) The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
