4/04-10/04 • Hydraulic Design Engineer- Research and investigation into engineering design options for the failing inlet and outlet system in the Washington D.C. Tidal Basin.

Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA)-Baltimore, MD Highway Hydraulics Division

10/98-2/04 • Hydraulic Design Engineer- Design and analysis of highway drainage structures and stormwater management facilities in planning, design, construction, and maintenance phases of SHA’s project development program. Designed alternative stormwater management options for new, rehabilitation, special and remedial roadway projects based on factors such as project schedule, environmental impacts, costs, community concerns, constructability and the potential for future adjustments in project scope. Coordinated activities such as requesting surveys, soil borings and foundation investigations, utility information, environmental assessment, and other permitting requirements.
