Study Case.

Juran Metal Works has manufactured andinstalled a full project of dehydration system forvegetables in China.

Our client's vision was to produce and supply

dried vegetables to international companiessuch as Nestle, McCormick and more.

The project included research and fusibilitystudy of the client's needs, capabilities and

limitations all this in order to bring themost appropriate and efficient finalproduct to our client.

The R&D project included finding thecheaper source of energy to activate

the factory's components, finding and testingthe humidity conditions in the area, learning the

transportation method of the vegetablesfrom the fields to the factory.

The factory was built according to our guidesand instructions (BRC standards) and

after it was completed, we could startdelivering the project's components

from our factory to our clients' area.

We have had all the line assembling on ourclients' site, we made some running tests for fewweeks and while we were testing the lines, we

gave OJT training to the factory's staff. As usual,the training included operating the line withdifferent kind of vegetables and maintaining theproject for best and continuous operation.

Bottom line: our client got a system tomanfacture 2.5 ton / hour of onions, carrots,tomatoes, chilly, red pepper and more all around

the year. He has also got our full support andguidance to make the best benefit.

Thanks to our abilities to create and implementturn key projects, we have used our ability,experience and knowledge to make our client'svision come true.
