An evening of acclamation & admiration
Festival of Hope, a celebration of the power of hope, was established to raise awareness of and support for HeartLine, Central Oklahoma’s Community Connection. Festival of Hope promises an evening of heartwarming accolades to community leaders, a spectacular dinner, and exciting silent and live auctions.
Festival of Hope is held annually to raise awareness of an alarming problem in Oklahoma—youth suicide. Suicide is the second leading cause of death among Oklahoma’s youth and Oklahoma ranks 14th in the nation in deaths by suicide. And, over 10 percent of the students HeartLine sees self-identify as being at-risk for depression or suicide.
The event also recognizes the programs and services of HeartLine.

Honoring Outstanding Leaders Each year, Festival of Hope honors community
leaders, organizations, and schools that inspire hope through their profession or volunteerism as they contribute to improved quality of life in Central Oklahoma.
Current and past honorees create a distinctive group of community advocates and volunteers. They are selected annually through a nomination process and committee.
HeartLine’s President’s Club is a group of individuals committed to raising awareness to change statistics and to help people here in central Oklahoma. Members of HeartLine’s President’s Club make an unrestricted gift of $1,000 or more annually.
Recognizing the Services of HeartLine Festival of Hope is HeartLine’s only special
event fundraiser. It is designed to raise awareness of HeartLine’s services while bringing attention to the alarming suicide rates we experience in Oklahoma.
The event provides additional funding to equip and empower individuals with the information, training, and skills necessary to enhance the quality of life in our community.
The Audrey Hatley Award is presented to a school for enhancing the quality of health and safety education by incorporating a suicide prevention/awareness, mental health, depression screening, substance abuse, school violence, or other health and safety-related program into their school curriculum.
For sponsorship information, to volunteer, or for reservations, please call 405.840.9396.
“Hope is both the earliest and the most
indispensable virtue inherent in the state of
being alive. If life is to be sustained, hope must
remain, even where confidence is wounded,
trust impaired.”
