The Heart of Phoenix Christmas 2005
For 10 years… Councilman Doug Lingner, District 7 staff, and hundreds of volunteers bring joy and holiday spirit to thousands of children and families in Phoenix.
Behind the scenes at the Coffelt Housing Project, our special volunteer “elves” work to make Santa’s job a little
easier.
Children’s faces light up with the spirit of the holidays!
Santa even finds some time to find out what is on
our volunteers’ and Councilman Lingner’s
wish list!

There are thousands of gifts and nearly a hundred volunteers that are needed to reach out and provide a
holiday to remember for the Coffelt and Foothills Housing Projects.
And Christmas isn’t just for the young…but the young at heart! Here District 7 employees carry poinsettias
to the Senior Holiday Party!
Seniors are provided with food…
