Hatred never cease

by hatred,

but by love.

In the light of his vision

he has found his freedom:

His thoughts are of peace,

His words, of peace,

His work, of peace.

arise from

Perfect wisdom,

Our love,

Perfect tranquility,

Perfect compassion

Our sincerity,

Our understanding.

Pity arises when we are

sorry for someone.

Compassion is

when we understand

and help wisely.

we will know

serenity and freedom.

When we free ourselves of desire,

We already have

perfect compassion,

perfect wisdom,

perfect joy.

To allow them to arise

from deep within,

we only need

to settle our minds.

When loved,

When respected,When respected,

be mindful of

thoughtfulness.

be mindful be mindful

of humility.of humility.

When things

are going well,

be mindful of adversity.

When prosperous,

be mindful of poverty.

Rain falls,

wind blows,

plants bloom,

leaves mature

and are blown away.

are brought about by them, and disappear when

causes and conditions change.

These phenomena are all

interrelated with

causes and conditions,

Thousands of candles

can be lit from

a single candle,

Happiness

never decreases

and the life of that candle

will not be shortened.

by being shared.

May all sentient beings

be filled with

lovingkindness

and happiness.
