During, our re-Treat, we will explore our Self relationship, opening to

experience the interconnective relationship between the many dimensions of our Being.

We will explore our relationship with intimate others, Family and Friend relationships, our

Social relationships, Cultural and Business relationships, our relationship with Nature, and

our relationship with Great Mystery, The Origin of Love, The Life Force HERSELF.

During the re-Treat, Dance will be our main modality. Our Dance Journeys will be to explore

and research new possibilities of relating, connecting, listening, releasing and cleansing,

empathising, collaborating, Being, dreaming, sensing & feeling…

We will also explore the SHADOWS around Love and Relationship; the suffering, the grief,

the pain, the betrayal, the disappointment, the abandonment, and all the power play which

bubbles away hidden under the surface. We will enter ‘Relational Healing Rituals‘ to bring

closure and completion, so we can breathe out freely and harmoniously again.

I will provide many practical transformation tools and awakening /enlivening techniques

during the re-Treat, which you can apply in your everyday lives, I will offer holistic

perceptual Maps and Models to support and encourage us to navigate through this new

emerging terrain.

Centrum Živá Voda, Kohoutov 143, okres Trutnov

Accommodation is in rooms with comfortable beds, price is 360 CZK per night and person +

50 CZK fee for blanket sheet per person. In the venue, there are available rooms with 3 to 6

beds.

Delicious vegetarian and vegan food will be prepared for us for price 400 CZK per person

and day. Basic beverage (water and tea) is included in the food price.

ABOUT GUY BARRINGTON

Guy Barrington is an inspirational Dancing Heart Path Facilitator, a Shamanic Trance Dance

guyde, an empowering Life Coach, full time single Dad, Dj Colibri, Empowering Course

designer and Evolutionary Trainer, beginning Artist and creator of Bliss Conscious Clubbing in

Sweden, Norway, Denmark & Czech Republic.

His ‘work’ is the natural extension of all he has realized to be good and true, and is an

Together we will explore what it means and feels like to open ourselves up from inside out,

to make contact with and express from the diverse dimensions of our Being in relation to

others and in all areas of our lives.

In this fast paced, image obsessed world we live with, there is an attempt to manipulate us

to stay on the surface, on the outside of our Being. We are told to make changes in our

appearance, weight, behaviours, identity, in the belief, and blind hope, that these external

modifications will bring us happiness and success and make us more attractive to others.

How can ‘things’ bring us happiness, if we do not know who we are in our depth?

Our task is to discover the Source of happiness as ourselves, to realize our direct connection

with Life and Love, the Forces which originate and support all Existence. Then we glow from

the inside out and shine together.

As we make contact with the multidimensionality of our Being, we start to realize we already

have a Deep Love and Abundance of resources, gifts, qualities, feelings, energy and

Presence, which all belong to us.

We don’t have to look outside to get Love, when we already ARE LOVE. From this ‘ALREADY

ABUNDANT’ perspective, meeting others, and all of Life, becomes more of an OFFERING

than a desperate grab to get our needs met. Relating becomes a Joy and Celebration, an

honouring of the Life we are sharing in this moment together …

If we already feel mostly complete and whole, then the purpose of relating becomes more

about sharing Love, energy, vision, companionship on Life’s journey, nourishing each other

with our gifts, enjoying each other’s Presence…

There will be some Meditation, Visualisation, Reflection and embodied Nourishing Time, and

Stillness and Alone Time (All-One time) .

A lot of the time we unconsciously project our hopes and wishes from the past onto those

we are presently relating with. Sometimes we impose unrealistic expectations and then

attempt to change one another to match up to these hidden wishes. And so begins the

power play, the manipulation, the resentment and frustration.

To Be free of frustration, we first have to face and feel it, to acknowledge its presence and

see what’s within it. In acceptance begins the release, to make space for new Life and Love.

As we become more Conscious in our relating, we start to notice this previously hidden

patterning, and in noticing, healing begins and space appears to make new choices for how

we would like our relating to be.

It’s as if the lens of our perception has been cleaned and we now actually see each other in

present time with clear vision. This we can call ‘Present Relating’ as opposed to ‘Projected

Relating’.

I will provide many practical transformation tools and awakening /enlivening techniques

during the re-Treat, which you can apply in your everyday lives, I will offer holistic perceptual

Maps and Models to support and encourage us to navigate through this new emerging

terrain.

In my Work, its very important that we ground and integrate whatever insights, realizations

and energies we experience. This ability to take the time to digest and harmonize

experiences allows them to settle much deeper into our Being. And the deeper they settle,

the more power they have to bring lasting transformation into our lives and in all our

relationships.

We begin on Thu eve and finish after lunch on Sun. Although there is potentially a lot that

we can dance with, we will move at the pace and feel of the group, making smooth

transitions between themes, with time for Stillness and integration, allowing intuition and

Presence to be our guide.

This re-Treat is open for all Humans, for couples and singles, for all who want to deepen and

enrich their and other’s lives.

Whether you are single or in a partnership, married or divorced, seeking your Beloved or

resting in your own Heart, the subject of relating and relationship is relevant for us all. Our

survival depends on it, our celebration depends on it. It’s how we flourish, as we consciously

come together to support, uplift, honour and recognize the Sacredness of existence in each

of us and all things.
