What a WeekendOur 10th Anniversary Convention the weekend of September 10th was indeed special and so very memorable! (See pictures on pages 4 - 5.) Starting with the StemGem recognition dinner on Thursday night, the festivities continued with the Friday opening General Session where the launch of ST-5TM with MigraStemTM Advanced (Low-Sugar) Formula and the ST-5 10K Bottle Bonanza electrified the crowd, especially as Convention attendees got to get in on the ST-5 Bonanza first and with twice the number of free bottles that are offered in the non-Convention Bonanza promotion (which is still a great deal!) The day’s excitement continued as everyone gathered happily at the Friday evening Family Reunion (always a highlight).

Saturday morning’s General Session brought more exciting announcements, including the new Stemtech Builder online recruiting tool. Eager Independent Business Partners – new and veteran – all enjoyed the afternoon tour of our World Headquarters, where the Carnival was a big hit.

The Saturday evening Awards Banquet was full of deserved recognition, including the Top Enroller Award that went to Aloha Waiwaiole, who also

shared the “3 in 30” Award with John Agramonte and Maria Boczon. Super-sized $1000 checks went to new 10K Club members Eligio Acosta, Paul Liau and Kelly Briske (See box), and Mark Parsekian took home the Spirit of Service Award.

Sunday morning closed out the successful weekend with extraordinary, motivational presentations, including remarks by the incomparable Ambassador Ray Flynn.

Field leaders, corporate staff and special guest speakers all provided inspirational and valuable messages that will stay with everyone in attendance long past this powerful weekend. If you missed this year’s event, you can still take advantage of the ST-5 10,000 Bottle Bonanza (page 14) and Stemtech Builder promotions. Visit your Back Office regularly to check for updates, and plug into upcoming conference calls and webinars to hear from some of the powerful

speakers who were a hit at the Convention. We are SHAPING THE FUTURE TOGETHER. Make sure you are part of the action!

StemtechGlobal FoundationRe-Launched!

At the 2015 Convention we launched two new exciting products, SE3TM and the new ST-5TM. But for me, an equally important develop-ment was the re-launch of the Stemtech Global Foundation. The Stemtech Global Foundation (STGF) began by supporting children, mothers, animals, and the environment in every market where Stemtech does business. As we opened various markets, we connected with local or-ganizations, each with their own unique story, and offered support. But as time passed, we rapidly faced two challenges: inefficiency in deciding where to prioritize our efforts, and thinly spreading resources across many organi-zations, leading to a minimal impact. So after a great deal of soul searching and brainstorming, we have decided to re-focus our efforts on few-er organizations in order to better assist them through a more in-depth relationship. Our first step was to hire someone capable of expanding the STGF and inspired to develop

its program. Kristy Dins-moor comes with a back-ground in International Policies with an emphasis on children’s education and prevention of human trafficking. She is the per-fect person to cultivate connections with organi-

zations and take the STGF to new heights. The STGF is teaming with the following orga-nizations, which each focus on providing edu-cation and support for children in a nonviolent environment:

BAAN UNRAK, which means “House of Joy,” was created nearly 20 years ago when Didi Ananda Devamala answered a call to bring as-sistance to Burmese refugees by moving to a small Thai village near the border with Burma. As she was participating in the relief effort, she found one abandoned child, and then another, and another… and soon, desperate mothers began coming to Didi to give away their chil-dren for a better future. Little by little, Baan Unrak grew to become today the home of near-ly 150 children.

MAMA (Movimiento de Ayuda a Menores Aban-donados; Movement of Assistance to Abandoned Minors) is an organization in Guadalajara that has developed a strong outreach for children living in the streets. These children are not only deprived of an education, but through their

exposure to gang violence and exploitation of all kinds, they grow up in a world that prevents them from being part of the normal work force and becoming citizens of the world. MAMA provides education and food to a few hundred children daily and offers a home to roughly 55 children who are without families.

ARÉTE YOUTH is an organization dedicated to providing mentorship, educational support, and professional development to Roma people within Bulgaria and the Balkans.

Sometimes called “gypsies,” Roma people throughout the world face many challenges be-cause they are often stateless, which makes it hard for them to live or work in any country le-gally, in addition to the strong cultural stigmas that they have endured for centuries. Within their communities, Roma youth must face a strong pressure to marry at a very young age, which deprives them of education and the de-termination of their own future. Areté Youth provides far-reaching support to these children, empowering them and providing them with the tools to build their own futures, while teaching them communication skills to confront the dy-namics of their own communities. And finally, there is ALOUETTE, an organiza-tion like MAMA and BAAN UNRAK that provides support to street children in the Philippines.

Alouette provides a broader assistance that includes daycare centers and schools in poor areas, mentoring and micro-loan programs for young adults to help them enter the workforce, as well as a center for abused girls and a travel-ing healthcare clinic.

Aside from developing and strengthening our relationships with these organizations, one of Kristy’s main tasks will be to keep all of you updated on these organizations’ activities so you can clearly see the deep impact that your contributions make in the lives of these chil-dren. And who knows… Maybe one day we will be able to organize a trip to visit some of these sites!

So, go to your Back Office to find the Global Foundation icon OR go directly to the Global Foundation website (www.stemtechglobal-foundation.org), where you can enter your auto-donation to help these very deserving charities. It does not take much to make an im-pact: If every IBP gave only $5-10 per month, we could improve the lives of so many children!

The year 2015 has become THE year of Stemtech’s Car Bonus program! You can travel the world, visiting mainlands and islands around the globe, and you might just catch a glimpse of an Independent Business Distributor driving around in a

spiffy vehicle purchased or leased with the benefit of a monthly bonus from Stemtech.

The Vehicle Bonus program offers four tiers, with monthly Bonus checks increasing with each level achieved:

Tier 1 USD $300/month

Tier 2 USD $600/month

Tier 3 USD $900/month

Tier 4 USD $1200/month

Achieving the Vehicle Bonus is simply a matter of maintaining your status as a fully qualified Director (or above) who enrolls/maintains IBPs and VIP Customers on AutoShip.* Once you achieve a threshold and maintain it for three months, you start receiving your Bonus check in the fourth month. Everyone at the Stemtech 10th Anniversary Convention in Florida last month had high praise for the “new” ST-5. Overall, the product is a real hit, so its formula is just right. But have you ever wondered what the “5” stands for in ST-5? The number represents the five active components of the formula:

1. MigraStem & Antioxidants

ST-5 contributes to stem cell nutrition with the MigraStem blend that supports the migration of adult stem cells into the tissue and areas of need. Powerful natural antioxidants help reduce the risk of free radical damage.

2. Plant Based Protein

Three blended sources – pea, raw sprouted brown rice and potato – provide all the essential amino acids necessary to make a complete protein that is easy to digest and absorb, while it contains no cholesterol or saturated fat.

3. Daily Complement of Vitamins & Minerals

ST-5 contains 20 essential vitamins and minerals, all vital to health and wellbeing.

4. Fiber & Prebiotics

ST-5 contains 10 grams of fiber! Here’s how the 10 grams break down: 6 are grams of soluble fiber. As you may have heard me say, soluble fiber acts as a sponge in the intestinal tract, soaking up “garbage” and carrying it through to the toilet. The other 4 grams in ST-5 are insoluble fiber, which I like to compare to a tooth brush cleans the villi within the intestinal tract to help keep things moving along. Both types of fiber are essential for healthy intestinal tract function.

5. Digestive Enzymes

These are plant-based enzymes that assist in breaking down the food you eat, also aiding in absorption.

So now you have it… You know – and can share with others – what the “5” in ST-5 with Migrastem represents!

By the way, it is just as important to know what ST-5 does NOT contain. What we have also heard from IBPs is that you would not accept some components that are often part of the foods we see

The ultimate BONUS to this new version of ST5 with Migrastem?

ST-5 with MIGRASTEM HAS LESS THAN 1 GRAM OF SUGAR PER SERVING!

This new ST-5 with Migrastem is as versatile as the original formula, it is naturally sweetened with vanilla and now has a smoother consistency. At the North American Convention we handed out “ST-5 On the Go” – 5 ways to use ST-5 when you are in a hurry. Go to stemtech.com, under ST-5 to download this handout (See image at right) and to find the full list of ST-5 with Migrastem recipes.
