Euronaval will be held from the 20th to the 23rd of October in Paris -Le Bourget.

Taking into account the health risk associated with COVID 19, exceptional measures will be applied at the exhibition to ensure the best health security for exhibitors, visitors and service providers.

The Euronaval organisation advised by a COVID referring doctor and in coordination with the national health authorities and Unimevadopts a provisional health protocol.

Depending on the evolution of the pandemic in France, Europe and the world, the measures that will be definitively applied at the show are still likely to evolve.

The sanitary protocol of Euronaval will be updated regularly and can be consulted on our website

• Taking into account the rules in force, EURONAVAL will be able to accommodatenearly 5000 people simultaneously.

• An input and output counting system will be set up during the assembly and during the exhibition in order to know in real time the number of visitors/exhibitors/service providers... Present on the site.

• The capacities of conference rooms, workshops, restaurants and organizationalareas will be indicated.

A GAUGE

• Each exhibiting company or service provider must designate

one or more COVID referents to ensure a presence during

assembly, exhibition and disassembly. Contact details will be

communicated to the organiser.

• A medical unit with an emergency doctor will be permanently

present on the exhibition. All those who wish to do so will be

able to consult and possibly have their temperature controlled

DISTANCING

• General rule: The minimum distance of 1 meter between each person will be the normal rule.

the wearing of the mask is mandatory within the Exhibition, inside the halls and outside.

In the usual areas of high concentration (entrance, restoration...) a marking on the ground will indicatethe distance to be respected between two people.

A sign will remind the need to wear the mask.Visitors, exhibitors and service providers are invited to come to the exhibition with a mandatory mask.In case of need Euronaval will offer troubleshooting masks to people who do not have one.

• Booths: Exhibitors will be required to maintain booth to respect the sanitary instructions on their stand,per person. Example: A 15 m2 stand could accommodate 5 people at the same time.

An offer of distance equipment on the stands is available on the exhibitor platform.

• Reception: Reception will be equipped with protective plexis and transparent partitions.

Aisles less than 3 m wide will be one-way traffic.Entrances and exits will be differentiated, doors will be used one way.

Barrier Gestures

All barrier gestures will be applied on the exhibition

Hydroalcoholic gel

• Gel distributors with non-manual control will be installed at the lounge accesses, and an agent will ensure that

people apply gel to their hands before accessing the lounge

• Self-service gel dispensers will also be installed in aisles, catering areas, and organization areas

Documents• All magazines, newspapers, map, catalogue on paper will be printed with a «STOP COVID , do not share» pad

Paper documents will not be hand-delivered. They will be made available to the public on display

TRANSPORT

Shuttles buses dedicated exclusively to the Euronaval

exhibition will be set up from and to Paris. The transport

will be carried

The toilets will be sized according to the living room’s capacity and

distancing rules.

The frequency of toilet cleaning will be increased with traceability of

cleaning operations.

HYGIENE

A detailed restoration protocol will be announced shortly.

• The “1 m” distancing rule will be applied for all persons arriving separately

• Dematerialization of menus via a bar code on the table will allow you to view the menu on your smartphone

• Visitors and exhibitors alike will be invited to pre-book and pre-pay their meals, among the processes developed this year:

Before the show:

• Information for exhibitors, visitors and service providers on the Euronaval website and by

wide-ranging message

• Distribution of official communication materials such as Public Health France

• Information number “allo covid: 01…..

In the show:

• Display of sanitary instructions and physical distancing rules (1 m between audiences)

• Reminder of language barrier gestures at entrances, in washrooms and in all passageways…

• Signage on plans and signposting of medical antenna, sanitary, traffic, waiting areas and gel

dispensers

The health protocol of Euronaval is defined taking into account the

available information and in anticipation of what the health situation

should be at the end of October. It is not contractual and should
