Do not stop taking your prescripon medicine while you fast. If your doctor advises you to eat food with your medicine, consult your doctor before fasng. CompuNet advises all parcipants to follow up with a doctor to review lab results. Individual Tests: Health and Wellness testing Anemia Screen - $30 Checks iron status and shows if there is an abnormally high, abnormally low, or a sufficient supply of iron. Includes: Hemoglobin, Iron, Total Iron Binding Capacity (TIBC), and % Iron Saturaon. EARLY MORNING COLLECTION PREFERRED Cardiac Screen - $30 Detects risk of heart aack, coronary artery disease or stroke. Also known as Lipid Panel. Includes: Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, VLDL, and Triglycerides. Cholesterol - $20 Estimates risk of developing heart disease. Includes Cholesterol only. Complete Blood Count w/ Diff (CBC) - $29 Gives important informaon about the kind and number of cells in your blood. Physicians oſten use the informaon from a CBC to evaluate symptoms, diagnose condions, and treat certain illnesses. High Sensitivity C-reactive Protein (CRP) - $30 The CRP test does not diagnose a specific disease but is a general marker for inflamaon or infecon. A high CRP level may be a risk factor in heart disease or may simply play a role in causing heart problems. Diabetes Screen (Glucose) - $20 Test detects diabetes or a pre-diabec condion. FASTING PREFERRED Glycohemoglobin A1c - $20 Important test for diabecs. Monitors glucose levels over a period of time. Diabetes Management Panel - $30 Includes both Diabetes (Glucose) Screen and Glycohemoglobin A1c test. FASTING PREFERRED Prostate Screen (PSA) - $40 Measures the amount of prostate-specific angen. Rising or changing levels of PSA may be a sign of a prostate problem, possibly cancer. Thyroid Screen (TSH) - $40 Test used to detect problems affecng the thyroid gland. Serum Iron and TIBC - $30 Serum iron, total iron-binding capacity (TIBC) and a calculated transferrin saturaon determine how much iron is being carried in the blood. These tests are used together to detect and help diagnose too lile or too much iron. EARLY MORNING COLLECTION PREFERRED Vitamin D- $40 Test used to detect vitamin D deficiencies. Infectious Diseases: New: COVID-19 Antibody (Vaccine Response)- $65 COVID-19 Antibody (Past Infection) - $65 (You must be free of COVID-19 symptoms, including fever, for at least 10 days to be tested.) Individual Tests:Health and Wellness testing

Anemia Screen - $30Checks iron status and shows if there is an abnormally high, abnormally low, or a sufficient supply of iron. Includes: Hemoglobin, Iron, Total Iron Binding Capacity (TIBC), and % Iron Saturation. EARLY MORNING COLLECTION PREFERRED

Cardiac Screen - $30Detects risk of heart attack, coronary artery disease or stroke. Also known as Lipid Panel. Includes: Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, VLDL, and Triglycerides.

Cholesterol - $20Estimates risk of developing heart disease. Includes Cholesterol only.
