Brief Introduction : For the monitoring of the effectiveness and performance of the health care system in the state, a large amount of data has to be collected from the institutions on a periodical basis, compiled and transformed into meaningful reports. The reporting, monitoring and evaluation of activities should be possible at all levels, starting at the sub centre level, which is the grass root level institution. This information has to be accessible to all who are involved in the decision making process. Such a system can help realize the public interest related to disease prevention, health promotion, and population health. to give recommendations on introducing systems for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the reporting process. Inoformation technology is used for communication, Data Collection , and Data Analysis in massive scale. The information technology we can speed up administrating decision and monitoring.

Need for Health IT : The health Department has around 2800 institution and 10,000 Sub Center and 6.25 crore (62 million) people to serve. In health Department 67,000 workforce. From Each Institution around 60 pages of report is given per month that leads to 1,68,000 pages per month 20,16,000 pages of report per year that amounts to 2,01,60,000 bits of report per year.

It consists of two main Division called as E-Hospital and KHMIS. The KHMIS division is to see the online reporting management, disease surveillance, drugs logistics, logistics support, Human Resource management, NRHM management, Health Survey, Geo information system, Financial management, Administrative management, Transfer counseling, messaging services, E-Office, Video conferencing, virtual video training, local language data.

Human Resource needed:At KHMIS Administrative officer :•Special Officer of KHMIS: He is the head of the Khmis he is limited power to online training , administration , notice to non working institution, financial officer, communication between govt, Directorate office, and Khmis and workers in HFW.•State level Helath IT Trainer: he is responsible to train workers in HFW , taking virtual meeting with Health and family welfare workers , give suggestion for how to manage KHMIS.•State Level Health IT Implementation officer: he is responsible for implementation of Helath it software and hardware, technical suggestion team .giving notice not to implement KHMIS.•Health it technical advisor: he is responsible for new idea , software development team.

KHMIS Software development team:•Chief Programmeer: he is the IT head of th KHMIC division . he has knowledge of all the software like .net, java, GIS, cybersecurity expert, video conference. Experience is more than 10 years ( minimum 6 years of experience. Total 1 post educational qualification : BE (CS), ME ( CS)•Assistant Programmer: he is the next to KHMIS Divison . He has knowledge in all the software like .net frame work, java, GIS, VC, Android. Experience is more than 5years (minimum 3 years) .total post is 2 . educational qualification : BE(CS) optional ME (CS)•Software Programmer: he is below the assistant programmer .he has knowledge in all the software like .net frame work, java, GIS, VC, android. Experience is more than 3 years (minimum 1 years) educational qualification : BCA, BE (CS). Total post 3.•GIS information programmer: he is below the assistant programmer. He has knowledge software for cad and GIS information system. Experience is more than 3 years. Educational qualification BE ( civil Engineer).total post .2

Human resource in HFW.At District health Office:He is the district head of health it division. His post name is District health it supervisor. He has knowledge about khmis and implementation of khmis in all the district. He is used to educte the officer and staff of hfw department. He is used to see the bugs and problem solver at district hq. total posts : 30 educational BCA or MCA or BE (CS) experience 2 years (minimum 1 year or fresher)

At taluk health Office:He is the taluk head of health it division.His post name is Taluk health it supervisor. He has knowledge about khmis and implementation of khmis in institution in health department. He is used to educte the officer and staff of hfw department and also educate about implementation of health it in field staff. total posts : 176 educational qualification is Diplomo in Computer science ( post 12th science) experience 2 years (minimum 1 year or fresher) 

Taluk Health Electronics Worker:He is mainly used to maintain IT equipments in health department like Personal computer, printer, mobile signer booster, broadband internet , mobile phone network, video conference equipments, UPS .He is used to visit 10 institution per month to see the function of it equipments in health departments.He must have minimum knowledge repair the theitequiments ranging from personal computer, printer, software installation, videoconference equipments, ups, battery, mobile signal booster.  total posts : 352 educational qualification is Diplomo in electronics and communication ( post 12th science) experience 2 years (minimum 1 year or fresher)  the total district level health technician and taluk level health technician can be appointed alternative district level hmisinformationist and block level asha supervisor.
