All the Chief Medical Officers/Medical Superintendents, in Himachal Pradesh forinformation and with the direction that the appointment orders may be issued throughconcerned Rogi Kalyan Samities and the candidates may be directed to join their dutieswithin a fortnight positively failing which the offer will stand withdrawn. The joining reportmay be accepted after verifying the documents as per attached (Annexure-A) and besubmitted to this Directorate.

4. The Mission Director (NHM) Directorate of Health, HP Shimla-9 with the request thatnecessary funds under grant in Aid may be released as per Govt. latter No-Health-A-B-(2)-2112012 dated 29.09.2012 to the concerned RKS.

4. The State Programme Officer (RKS) Health & Family Welfare Directorate, Shimla. He isdirected that the necessary proposal for allocation of funds under Grand in Aid may besubmitted to the Mission Director (NHM).

The contractappointee will be entitled for increase in contractual amount @Rs.2601- (3% ofminimum of the pay band+grade pay of the post) for further extended years and no'other allied benefits such as senior/ selection spales etc. will be given

(b) The service of the Contract appointee will -be purely on temporary basis, The,appointment is liable to be terminated in case the performance/conduct of the contractappointee is not found satisfactory, '

(c) Contractual appointee will be entitled for one day casual leave after putting one monthservice, TW,s leave can be accumulated upto one year. No leave of any other kind isadmissible to the contract.appointee, He/she will not be entitled for Medical Re-imbursement and L'I'C'etc.j only maternity leave will be given as per Rules, ./

(d) Unauthorized 'absence from the duty without the approval of the controlling Officers shallautomatically lead to the termination of the contract. Contract appointee shall not beentitled forcon11acnialJmount for the period of absence from duty.

(e) An official appointed on contract basis who have completed, five years tenure at 'one placeof posting will be eligible for transfer on need based basis wherever required onadministrative grounds

(f) Selected candidate will have to submit a certificate of his/her fitness nom a Goverrunent/Registered Medical Practitioner. The women candidate pregnant beyond twelve weekswill stand temporarily unfit till the confinement is over. The women candidate will bere-examined for the fitness from an authorized medical otIicerl practitioner.

(g) Contract appointee will be entitled to TNDA if required to go on tour in connection withI . hislher officialduties at the same rate as applicable to regular official atthe minimum of

(h) Provisions of service rules like FR SR, Leave Rules, OPF Rules, Pension Rules &Conduct Rules 'etc. as are' applicable in case of regular employees will not be applicablein case of contract appointee. They will be entitled for emoluments etc. as detailed in thisColumn,

b. The appointee shall have to produce the original certificates of educational & technicalqualification at the time of her joining duties.

c. Certificate of age along with a copy of Matriculation Certificate issue by the Board of SchoolEducation.

d. Character Certificate from a Magistrate or Gazetted Officer to whom the candidate may beknown for the last three years.
