Fitness consultants and S&C CoachesOur Fitness Consultants• Are all qualified and experienced and keen to help you
get better• Male and Female consultants available –just ask! • Student interns are used at times, always under the supervision
of a qualified instructor/coach• Rehab Trainer certified consultants can bridge you from rehab
back to a full training plan
Our Gym Hosts• Are a team of dedicated student volunteers, with a passion
for health & fitness• Are trained in-house to help you with setting up/using gear,
spotting/technique assistance or general inquiries about the gym

2 Lock it in• Book and pay at reception or over the phone• Payment is required at time of booking• Please call us ASAP if your schedule changes to rebook
3 Prepare yourself • Wear comfortable exercise clothing, including sport shoes
closed toe and heel• Bring a sweat towel and drink bottle• Have an idea of your goals, and we’ll help shape them into SMART ones • Tell us what you want! We can write programmes for home or gym,
indoors or outdoors• Check in at reception at least 5mins prior to appointment
4 Own it • Have fun with your workout • Not feeling it? Use your free follow-up session to get it sorted! • Update your fitness plan every 4–6weeks for best results

Body Composition Scan (BCS)
A non-invasive scanner that takes a snapshot of multiple aspects of your health and wellness. Great to see your progress over time
All levels 5mins $10 - UC Students $20 - All other members $5 when added to SteerMe or PushMe session/package
GymStart An intro to the gym session. Learn how to access the Rec&Sport app for loads of programmes, and be shown through a basic programme. A follow-up session is available to check on your progress and where you can have an optional FREE Body Composition Scan
All levels – we recommend all new gym members have a GymStart
30mins + 15mins FREE
STEERMe Personalised fitness plan to steer you in the right directionIncludes 15min follow up (1 week later) to tweak plan if needed and check everything is going ok

Got pain, discomfort or injury? Request a Rehab Trainer certified consultant who can blend one-on-one rehab and prevention into your programme and sessions

6 week terms, multiple supervised sessions weekly (set times)

Sport Academy The Sport Academy welcomes all athletes who want to improve their sporting perfomance.
