• Initial investigations are completed by Home Group managers
• H&S team investigates serious or complex incidents
• Investigations identify incident causation and corrective actions
• Learning from incidents is shared across the business
Property Health and Safety File
• Currently developing a standardised Property H&S File to help schemes demonstrate compliance with H&S requirements
• File includes sections for a range of different H&S aspects relating to the management of a building, and incorporates guidance for operational colleagues to help them compile the required information.
