Safety Monitoring System The Safety Monitoring System delivers immediate notifications of urgent care needs through an individual’s change in daily activities or an active request for attention. It supports a variety of safety needs in a single platform and provides instant awareness and vital information regarding urgent situations.

Health Monitoring System The Health Monitoring System compares an individual's current and past daily activity data to help identify potential health concerns. The system is customized to fit the needs of specific care populations. With the use of preventative monitoring, providers receive comprehensive data, which helps them quickly and easily identify health concerns while helping to maintain a resident’s privacy. 

Basic Safety PackageThe Healthsense Basic Safety package lays the groundwork for a senior living community to identify and mitigate resident safety concerns, and empowers staff to improve care, increase efficiency, and realize revenue potential.

The Basic Safety package includes a simple set of sensors to passively monitor resident activities. Healthsense analytics monitors these activities and sends a real-time alert to caregivers to notify them of urgent care concerns like nighttime wandering, potential falls and more.

Five out-of-the-box Safety Monitors can be configured at a resident care level or community-wide level to immediately alert caregivers of urgent safety concerns. Basic Safety provides caregivers with the information they need to help keep residents safe, direct care to where it’s needed, and quickly identify changes in care needs. Standard Safety Monitors can passively monitor for morning check-ins, front doors opening, in and out of bed activity, nighttime bathroom falls, or residents in bed too long.

Basic Health and Safety PackageThe Basic Health and Safety package offers a combination of safety monitoring and health monitoring features. In addition to three standard Safety Monitors, caregivers receive access to daily resident health analysis via the eNeighbor® Dashboard™.

The eNeighbor Dashboard provides daily sensor information to deliver instant insight into the health status of the people in your care, allowing individuals to remain healthy and independent in their preferred care setting. Individual daily ratings are comparatively displayed in a simple and intuitive format. Examples of information available within the Dashboard consist of trending data related to activities such as sleep, toileting, and bathroom use.

Advanced Health and Safety PackageThe Advanced Health & Safety package delivers all health and safety monitoring features, providing senior living communities the ability to react in real-time to urgent safety concerns, proactively identify emerging health and safety concerns. It also provides high-level monitoring to identify safety concerns outside the realm of specific risk concerns.

This package includes all five standard Safety Monitors and provides access to all categories within the eNeighbor Dashboard. These categories include Sleep, Toileting, Hygiene, Movement, and

Occupancy. (Kitchen category is scheduled for development in 2015.)

Advanced Health & Safety also includes an “Automatic” Call for Help. When enabled, Healthsense analytics monitors all activity data and provides a real-time alert to caregivers regarding potential safety concerns, even if no specific Safety Monitors have been configured. This feature helps provide general safety oversight for residents who need it most.

The Advanced Health & Safety package provides communities with the highest level of proactive care possible.

eCall Solutions All Health and Safety packages are compatible with or without the Healthsense eCall solution which helps provide additional safety measures for residents. With either a pull cord or pendant, residents can immediately alert a caregiver of an urgent situation, and all activities are time stamped with full data reports.
