Foods that CureFood is very important thing in our life. We satisfy our hunger; but it isn’t

everything. Scientists show that food cures. Many people when they are sick take medicines or other things. Scientists say that it is better to eat some food that we know it cures.

For example ;-when we have headaches the best food that we have to eat is celery

and cherries.-cherries, raspberries, red grapes, aborigines, red cabbage and berries

sharpen our vision.-when we have cold or flu we should eat carrots and broccolis. - we should eat more tomatoes, water melons, peppers and grapefruit if

we want to protect our organism from cancer.-when we have indigestion we should eat cabbage and broccoli.- if we are tired and we feel lack of energy we must eat fish, brown rice

and cereal.-garlic prevents pharynges and cold.

Vegetables and fruit have a lot of vitamins! Also yogurts, eggs and other diary products consist of vitamin D that helps our bones grow.

We have to remember that this food we must eat regular, otherwise it doesn’t help us. We must also remember that food in big amount hurts our body and we don’t feel good.
