Air is the fourth element, which helps in respiration.
Above all, ether is the characteristic of man's mental and spiritual faculties.

Bring both hands in front of your body and clasp them so that the fingers are intertwined.

1. Put the tips of the thumb, ring and little fingers together. Instead of touching the tips, another way is to put the thumb on the fingernails of the ring and little fingers.
2. Extend the middle and pointer fingers3. Use with both hands.4. As a treatment, do it 3 times a day for 15 minutes.5. Practice slow, deep and mindful breathing to magnify the

Bring both hands in front of your chest with your elbows bent.Position the left hand with the palm facing outwards in such a way that your thumb points towards your solar plexus and your little finger points towards your collar bone.Form a claw by bending the four fingers of your left hand and clasp them with the four fingers of your right hand. In this position, your right palm should be facing towards your chest.
