around back to the bus lines where the cars will be lined up for the boxes. Feel free to stop in at any time during the event, and make sure that you introduce yourself to Lewis King and his team from the TenPoint Coalition who have done an amazing job of organizing this event.

Thank you Thanks to your amazing participation, Headwaters filled over 150 boxes! ■

Summer Book StudyTHE BOOK: This summer we will be reading, “Choosing Gratitude – Your Journey to Joy,” by Nancy Leigh DeMoss. With current world circumstances being what they are, there’s no better time to embrace the topic of gratitude.

COST is $10. We will put in a group order after the enrollment deadline.

COMMITMENT:Groups will meet 4-5 times, June through August. Each group will set dates that work for them.

STUDY OPTIONS: There are several ways to participate. The goal is to get this resource in to the hands of as many Headwaters women as possible. We have found it is very unifying when we all study the same topic together!

1. Join a in-person group. Several small group options are available with a variety of days and times. Some meet in homes and some meet at church. If you can’t make all the meetings, no worries! Come when you can.

2. Join an online group. If you can’t meet in person virtual meetings are an option.

3. Purchase the book and read on your own. Group meetings may not work for everyone. There is still benefit to reading what other Headwaters women are reading.

We are resuming our normal Sunday offering collection and counting schedule starting this week. We are therefore not updating our offering information until after this week’s offering ( from our Sunday services collections and online giving) is counted. So, expect the May 31 Newsletter to reflect two weeks’ of giving. As always, thank you for your faithfulness in giving to the needs of the ministry. - Tim Williams, Executive Pastor
